Since 1year. It work with the speed of 200gbps.and it 3.0 usb connecting.its external hardisk is very niceand one 1tp storage is very useful.3 year warrenty with it. Its lightweight and performance is very good. Window software work very good with hard disk. So I request to all of you. Please try it one time and share your exprience.

I have purchase this product before 4 month still now I am satisfied with that.

POSITIVE POINTS

• 1TB storage is enough for much data store

• this device is portable we can carry in pocket

• data transfer speed is awesome with 3.o port

• main attraction of this device is design this is so slim. I love it .

NEGATIVE POINTS

• price is little high but you can purchase it in offer period

Tis products is so good but what is the concept of cloud sorage is it automatically backup on cloud storage or wae have to we have to make backup manually. And if it gets automatically the where HD gets network to make backup automatically on cloud storage is it any SIM present in HD or when we connect HD with laptop and laptop are connected with network that time it gets sync and and by this way to make backup in our cloud storage.

If now we have network every thing for backup but what type of AC we have like outlook google or any other type

This product I passage, worked for few minutes and stopped working suddenly. it was replaced my Amazon. the replaced drive did not work at all. I have contacted customer support SEAGATE by mail, who responded promptly. I have sent screenshots of disk management and device manager as asked by them. Seagate replied that drive appears to be faulty and needs to be replaced. it is under warranty and they can replaced it. the drive is used on Windows 10 operating system and it did not work. replacement option also available on Amazon. what is the point in repeated replacement - when the product does not work I do not advise this product.

I got this product, used it for 4 months

performance- Performance is too good and transfer speed is 60 Mbps.

Other features- Its an HDD but not heating .

style and design- Its complete aluminum body with slim design.

Service and support- It damaged then I thought its worth hell, then I tried to replace they replaced it within 8 days with a new one.

Value for Money- Worth value for money, it's good for value for money

Well I had wd passport 1 tb hdd as well.

But I can bet that seagate is far better and cost friendly than wd

The 200 gb cloud storage gives it an extra edge than wd.

The speed given by seagate is much better as well as it remains the for a long time.

The speed given by wd is nice too but it decreases after few months of use.

The seagate has a much tougher body as compared to wd and other on board devices.

Hello friends, I purchase seagate backup plus 1 TB usb 3.0 hard disk  in august 2016 from amazon online website, unfortunate my hard disk crash within 4 month, all saved data are lost, I contact customer care ask some information about hard disk serial no name address mobile no & said I inform our service provider as soon as possible, but no one contact me , after some time I reached official service center( 6 Th floor building no 93 ashok bhawan) nehru place new Delhi, he collect my HDD,and said call back one week, after one week a new hdd, but my all data are lost, service center staff behavior are good . I suggest that most important file saved 2 different hard disk, because recover charge are high and some file are not recovered. finally new hard disk are good condition and transfer speed are good up to 90 MBPS . this hard disk support easily and comfortable with window 7 8 and also 10. ,

this hard disk easily hand able size are small so u can carry any where,if you travel frequently purchase a hard disk cover easily available in market rs. 200-300.

This is a great value for money as it looks cool and compact.Data transfer rate is also good. The only issue I faced is that it gets a bit warmer than WD passport ultra. Don't know how well it can absorb the shock of a fall but I have badly dropped my WD Passport ultra twice and thought that it wud not run but to my surprise it is running as smothly so WD shock absorption capacity is great.Great product as usual from Seagate, loving it. its really slim and handy.
