Please do retrieve MouthShut emails from your JUNK folder by following the given steps:

1. Locate your MouthShut email in the JUNK folder and open it.
2. Click on NOT JUNK (See figure below).
 
3. Click on THIS IS NOT JUNK (See figure below).
 

4. Your screen will bring up the following image (See figure below).
Click on GO TO INBOX.

This way all MouthShut messages that were delivered to your JUNK folder will now be delivered to the safety of your INBOX and you will be able to savor the sweetness of MouthShut correspondence.

Please make sure that you retrieve the MouthShut email within 7 days of its delivery otherwise Hotmail would delete it automatically from your JUNK folder.
