many of you this may be the first communication
from me. Around the middle of this year,
new business commitments interrupted my
monthly emails to MouthShut members. I
have missed writing you, primarily because
each time I write, I hear back from so
many of you and nothing means more to
me and MouthShut team members than your
emails and calls. I am now
recommitting myself to communicate with
you more regularly - a sort of advance
New Year's resolution.
Thanks to you, MouthShut.com has continued
to be at the forefront of consumer empowerment.
Your feedback and reviews are helping
consumers become more judicious when buying
products and services. At the same time,
MouthShut is guiding product designers
and service providers to improve their
offering. What could be better!
At MouthShut.com, we have always been
guided by the principle that the platform
needs to evolve with time and adapt to
reflect the growing needs of its members.
We are now in the process of a major redesign
and repositioning.

A
team of designers, web programmers,
and usability experts is hard
at work on the redesign and re-alignment
efforts. MouthShut is your portal,
and the team wants to benefit
from your feedback in the redesign
process. Based
on your participation, many of
you have been identified to help
us in the redesign program.
The team will contact you seeking
your input. Just so we don't miss
out anyone, we are also using
the services of Zarca Interactive,
a leading provider of online surveys
to help us survey all MouthShut
members. This will help us understand
your expectations and tap into
your ideas on an ideal consumer
feedback website. Look out for
the e-mail from Aarti Kapoor in
the next few days.

New
categories:
We
have introduced dozens of new categories
and have added thousands of new products
for you to share your opinions on. Last
year, we had promised you plenty of opportunities
to win gifts and prizes. To this end we
launched the Find-Write-Win Contest!,
the Grand Restaurant Contest, and the
Dubai Beckons You! contest. Winners for
each of these were announced. Congratulations
to the lucky winners! I know many of you
tried but did not win any prizes. Please
do not be disheartened; we are now announcing
new contests on a regular basis. Check
