Hi
My intercity bus from dehradun to delhi .bus no uk 07 PA 7499. was caught by police and bus was seized at night 11 pm.
Bus had multiple traffic challan not paid.
After that intercity staff came and told every passenger including ladies and kids to deboard the bus and find yourself other bus.
They do not have alternate bus.
And they even did not refund the amount till now.
Customer care will not pick up the call.
Very bad service.not safe for family at all.
