Samsung SCD55

U people make promises which u cannot fulfill at Samsung.. I have purchased a Samsung 32eh4000 yesterday from sector 18 Noida. Firstly I was told the tv will be delivered to me in the morning which took them afternoon to deliver. secondly I have been calling at their Noida service center NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE at 01203390270. I have called 5 times to ur service center in Delhi on 01130308282 and ur executives keep promising each time that an engineer call will be provided which of course does not happen.

Now they told me that the installation will be done on Sunday on the last call at 7.30 pm despite promising that the installation will be done today it has not happened and as I write I have been given a message that the installation will be done on Monday.

Just take this; PATHETIC SERVICE SAMSUNG. U R ONLY SELLING BECOZ OF UR BRAND NAME.. I am even considering returning this TV. Will never recommend a Samsung tv to anyone. Useless service. They think they have become a leader by giving out innovative product but there is something known as a customer retention which Samsung will not be able to do simply becoz of the pathetic service they provide to their customers.

No one is going to purchase it again. I am absolutely DISGUSTED WITH UR SERVICES SAMSUNG.
