Ramani Realtors 100% Worst Builder.

Very Worst builder with my experience. Heavy delay, not doing anything ethically. We need to fight for getting everything. They are constructing a 3 year project(Coconut Grove) for a decade(10 years) and still not yet fully completed. They gave my booked flat only after 6 years from the date of my booking, forced to live in the construction site for a long time with lot of sufferings. Amenities are not as per the brochure or standards, they are just for the namesake. Don't trust all the positive reviews posted here, they are all planned'made beliefs'. we lodged a case in TNRERA(Real Estate regulatory authority). Go to " tnrera.in/tnrera_judgements.php", click the "Complaints" link, then click "Before the Authority(Form M) List of cases for which the final order is passed" link, then search for "Ramani Realtors", there you go. These are the real proofs which will talk about the builder. I sill have many proofs with me. If you still want to buy anything from this builder then its your wish and your headache. if at all you want to buy, please buy a fully completed one(with all amenities) at your own risk, but don't trust their words.
