M C builders, M C stands for "More Cheating" literally. His supervisors and labor are so rude. Supervisor Mr. Kiran would not even hesitate to shout and threaten the customer. In my apartment they even forgot to install the hidden wiring for telephone/cable tv.

On top of it they didn't accept the mistake and told us to live with it. In one of the cases one apartment owner had spent 5-6 lakhs for wood work, and one day a leakage in the pipe spoiled all his wood work. Such irresponsible builders should be banned from constructing anything.

Everything is in such a poor state in the apartment complex, security men hired by builder misbehave, amenities does not exist. Still he is demanding maintenance.
