I just wanted to thank to all the people of your company for their support to me to buy a home and being a support from starting till the end. Your customer service was really very good. I was amazed that if builder is honest then how quickly and consistently, one can respond to any quires by emails, calls, etc.

You really made the entire experience a very positive which is unforgettable in whole life for me and also for my family. We thank from bottom of heart for that and I really like the banking process during the finance and the flow of work. My family was impressed by the mind blowing amenities and building design.

We are very thankful to M.C. builders people and sales manager who always helped us.

There is a lot of scope for improvement in the services provided by them. Though the material used is of decent quality, the standard of work and timeliness leaves a lot to be desired.

M C builders, M C stands for "More Cheating" literally. His supervisors and labor are so rude. Supervisor Mr. Kiran would not even hesitate to shout and threaten the customer. In my apartment they even forgot to install the hidden wiring for telephone/cable tv.

On top of it they didn't accept the mistake and told us to live with it. In one of the cases one apartment owner had spent 5-6 lakhs for wood work, and one day a leakage in the pipe spoiled all his wood work. Such irresponsible builders should be banned from constructing anything.

Everything is in such a poor state in the apartment complex, security men hired by builder misbehave, amenities does not exist. Still he is demanding maintenance.

MC Builders is the most pathetic builder in Bangalore. I have purchased a 3bhk flat at MC Jyothi Enclave 1st A Cross Kaggadasapura CV Raman Nagar. The quality of construction is so bad. There is filth all over the building and still he is demanding maintenance. He has taken huge money from all the flat buyers in the name of amenities, but after 8-9 months of registration also swimming pool, party hall, gym, lift and badminton court is nowhere as he had published and promised in his brochures.

All the labour he had, he has smartly diverted to other projects as from this project all the money he has already sniffed. All his staff is so rude and arrogant, they behave as if they are doing some favour by doing some work after taking all of our earnings.

MC Builders proprietor Mr. Reddy will not listen to the consumer after taking all the money and is least bothered about the project.

MC Builder is cheat can't trust them. All they want is you money. The builder has bought some quality material to be installed in the apartment but has no skilled later to do justice with it. The electric work done in apartment is pathetic and works/supervisor are very rude. Looks like the workers that this builder deployed are working for the first time in this industry and will do all experiments in your flat. Walls not smooth, Flooring not made correctly, Doors not closing correctly. The builder is not approachable and is blindly trusting his team; hope he gets to read these complaints and do something.

The supervisor named Dhananjaya says if you get your wood work done from his guy they will get everything fixed. My opinion is do not buy flat from such builders. Wish someone reads this and take some actions against these complaints.
