I booked a plot with Klazina consultants ltd. 2 years back on 5th dec 2013 and even after 2 years the builder has not started any development and the builder does not have any land ownership title as well as requisite government body approvals.


I applied for refund but the builder agent is acting smart and delaying and avoiding refund.Only option left with me is legal action.This is a fraud company.
