Gillco valley may seem to others that it is not well developed, then may be they should be made clear that the plots are there but not much have been bought and even if bought the construction hasn't started yet as time is required.

Also inside the gillco valley lies many different projects like gillco villas, gillco towers, gillco heights.

These above mentioned projects are great.

Not very good quality of apartments or villas but the park management is great. Parks may seem to you as of you are walking in other country's park. The parks are beautiful. Parking space is a lot. Street light are working very well and are not shut off.

Water supply is very promising. Security of your house is maintained properly and when ever a person enters the the main gate they take their name, phone no. , vehicle no. , and also call you to confirm that you have called for someone.

This all facility of only available of you pay them 2000 maintenance fees.
