I booked a flat through genesis last year. The broker provided me a credit note mentioning the refund of amount once they get their commission from the builder.


They builder claims that they have been paid the commission to the broker but genesis has not refunded the money as per credit note. Genesis claims that they have not got their commission from the builder.


In case there is anyone who have suffered same issue with the broker please contact me. Together we can sue the broker and seek our refund.
