I have a unit no. 250171, U tower, 14th avenue, Gaur city-2.Gausons offered possession without Occupancy Certificate & when I inspected the site then I found that no basic amenties were there.Then they told me that we have started charging maintenance you wanna take ut or not that is upto you.I filed RTI in Greater noida authority after 7months that "why Gausons are not providing OC then I shocked after checking reply that 17 things that they need to do to get OC.When I showed that greater noida authority reply to the staff of gaursons that they started Behaving very rudely. This is their after Sales service....A.K Mathur (head @ indirpuram) knows how to mis-behave with persons after selling units.So now, I have filed a case in RERA.
