Review On Confident Group, Calicut

Hello friends,

I bought a new villa in calicut in 2017, the villa build by confident group. If I say something about confident group , the confident group is today one of the top property developers in Kerala and headquartered in Bangalore. Confident group guided by Dr.C.J Roy, one of the most well known entrepreneurs in India.

Confident group mainly focused in real estate area , but now days the group found

its portfolio expanding further into many different sectors like Hospitality, Education , Aviation, Entertainment, retail and international trading.

My new villa I bought from confident group in 2017.Yeah they are very popular company in real estate field but their building quality is not much worth the money.

In 2017 I bought my villa in calicut , within two years villa roof got leakage and they used very low quality paint for wall.I have been painting my villa shortly.

And their interior decaration is not good.it was not well planned by confident group. They used low quality materials for build my villa.overall plumbing was not good and cheap wood they used for making my villa.The villa prize was much high around 40 lakhs.

The overall quality of their product is average.Now I am going to do work on my villa roof.it got leakage and water inside the room when it is rainy season .so I will not prefer you to buy villas or flat or house from confident group.

I will give 5 out of 10 for their overall performance .
