MouthShut US - some clarifications

Hi everyone,

Today, I would like to address one issue which has been plaguing everyone. Yes, I am here to provide some clarification to all due to some queries raised by a few members in certain reviews, comments and diaries.

I presume that everybody is aware of MouthShut US (https://us.mouthshut.com/). The US version of MouthShut.com consists of consumer products and businesses found only in the USA. Now, those members who are from USA, can review products listed on MouthShut US.

Some members are puzzled that their Reviews, Diaries etc are missing in MouthShut US.Please don’t worry, we are aware of these and are in the process of integrating your member details available in MouthShut India with MouthShut US.

It does take time because there are so many technical issues which need to be addressed and everything can’t be implemented overnight.

One final point: You keep writing and posting on MouthShut India as this site is for our Indian member base. The integration will happen because all members, India or overseas belong to the MouthShut.com family.

I hope I have been able to resolve your doubts to a certain extent. Still, if you wish to address any further suggestions or issues, kindly send M2M to me or Jasmine or write to support@mouthshut.com"> support@mouthshut.com instead of posting diaries and reviews.

P.S - Will Mouthshut US have Burgers in the gift section instead of Vadapau’s? And Coffee instead of Cutting Chai?

On Virtual World How does It make a Difference ...

People can Review Products for US on the same Web Site by mentioning that the Product is Specific to US.

Its confusing and unnecessary redundancy of Information. And Your clarifications come after implementing the features, esp when there is a Major change like this.

You can post diary on MS US also, but we encourage you to post on MS India.

I was aware of this process of integration and thats why did not make my usual hulla after seeing my blank account in US version.

Take your time and come up with some interesting features. Just one word of caution, Americans are famous for suing even a small mistake and ask for personal damage, so better to try for full proof before launching it completly.

I am not saying all these because of my negative approach or frustration (as some one feels) but I care for this forum and do not want to see you guys in trouble.

What's strange is that at my office, when I type www.mouthshut.com it takes me to http://us.mouthshut.com instead. And when I do the same at home, it takes me to the regular Indian mouthshut..what could be the reason for that?...Read More

thanks for the clarification message...

yeah, we understand the technical process, which needs a time to have integration on both server....

we hope integration of same profile, TC, and dps and review be taken...
because many people in US are also there who loves hindi post and hindi reviews about movie and so on......

lets hope MS will go high and high and high......

yeah, please think of increasing your application quality (like posting of many photos by using java uploader at a time, different fonts and colors provided for dp and review posted and many more..)
i had posted some of these in my latest reviews and diary.......
