Bought 2 TCL AC , 1 ton, 12T3 pro.
Very bad experience, 1 AC not giving proper cooling and gives burning smell.
The other AC takes 8 amp at start and keep on 6.75 to 7.75 amps for hours, goes on 2.5 amp after 5 or 6 hours. What is fun of 1 ton AC having 8 or 7 or 6.5 amp at normal use.The conventional old ACs are more effecient. I have been using hier and enviro since many years, it was my mistake to change them with TCL. Loss of money. I don't recomend buying TCL AC at all

The tcl air conditioner is good choise for cooling medium size rooms
its cooling performance is good and its inverter is very power efficent

Three (3) months after buying TCL Split aircon the remote got busted. I went to the dealer (DuEkSam San Pedro Puerto Princesa) to explain my experienced with the remote & the staff told me the remote of the aircon is an accessory without warranty of replacement. The worst is when I went to DuEkSam service provider said it is not repairable & advised me to buy new one. The question I have now is how sure am I that the 2nd one will last longer than 1st?Why there is no warranty when I have just bought it for 3 months only. Lastly, how long this new aircon unit will last?
BTW, I also have TCL smart TV ('55 & '32 inches).
Bought TCL wall air conditioner in 2021, it listed only for one year, there was no cool air coming out, so I was under their guarantee, so they send me a new one, that lasted a year too, and same thing happened again, no cool air coming out, this time the company didn’t want to replace it, so it went in the garbage. I would not suggest TCL, very bad service and quality, their products are very cheap.

I called customer care on 20th April for one key service today its been 1 week no response
when i did it again So the customer care person replied that the service center is closed in your area but mine is in Delhi.
They took more than one week for a light service.
I am not satisfied with TCL service
Do not purchase TCL products. I have Purchased 1 TON AC and now no one is there to solve my complain worst customer experience I have ever faced. never recommend anyone
It was simple to set up, but it only beeps and clicks. Multiple leaks in the system, which an A/C technician attempted to remedy over the course of 12 trips. There is no contact information on the paperwork or manual. I've phoned over 20 firms and spent hours on the phone with them. The system is completely dead, and I'm unable to contact the manufacturer because they have neither a website nor a phone number. Now I'm stuck with a worthless system on my property that I can't fix.
No response from the service people waste products I have ever seen after explaning the problem also service person is telling the same problem to me telling he will come again tomorrow he don't have gas with him.
I took it, three or four months went very well, then the problem seems to be that their service is not running
We got installed TCL Split Air Conditioner during last summer. Within one month only, the following problems resulted one after another.
AC was not cooling properly.
Water leakage in indoor unit.
Despite having called regularly, nobody bothered for its service. It is not at all a worthy product for purchase. We made a complaint in the consumer court for the solution of our problem and got rid of cheaters of TCL Split Air Conditioner.
This product is amazing and the cooling quality is really good. It cools the room of almost 150 square feet in less than 30 seconds.
This is just ok for other seasons but not cools more in high summer days
Design and quality is also not bad but some I could say sometimes not value for money
This is good air conditioner according to it's price and function. It's save electricity. If you want to buy any air conditioner then this is the best choice according to it's price and featured. You must be try this air conditioner.
