Hitachi Logicool MU RAA12CP12

I would like to share my personal experience about Hitachi Logicool MU RAA12CP12 air conditioner. This company is very famous in the world and many people like this company air conditioner because its service and support is good.

I bought this air conditioner in last year but at this time its cooling is very poor and also make a sound. This air conditioner electricity consumption is very high.

This air conditioner quality is very nice but durability is very poor approx one year. Its taking space is more and fitting is very difficult.

I payed good amount for this air conditioner but I do not got good result and also payed more electric bill charge.

Hitachi brand has just caught on the market. Its a hype and has become a kind of fashION STATement to buy Hitachi AC, Sounds japanese and may be thats why.

But the japanese things end right there. Only after 1 year of buying a Hitachi 1.5 ton window AC, it broke down. It was not starting thats it.

had to call service guys. Its rs 550 per visit even he attaches a wire. In next one year again the same problem. had to spend rs 2500 to change the circuit board. In two years I have spent close to rs 5000 and I bought this elephant for Rs 28000.

Also, the swing mechanism was faulty rite from day 1 of my purchase.

I heard all ACs have compressor supplied by Voltas. then why do we spend so much money on these ACs when they cannot even a build a good panel circuit. Beats me. DOnt buy Hitachi.

Its over priced and not worth your money.

This was suppose be my first ac at home and I bought it with so much of excitement but still all happiness shattered once this a/c started showing its true colour, first thing is it will make lot of noise inbetween, second is it will take a lot time to cool the room. even if it is a small room then also it will minimum-two hours to cool the room.

I would have preferred godrej or lg but the shopkeeper attracted me with the discounts on this model and also he told it is a good a/c. now when I told him the problem he asked me to contact the customer care. Better go LG or Godrej, as they have big names in the markets and trustworthy. I do not recommend this a/c to anyone. Please do not go on looks and try the ac in shop only before purchasing.its better to be safe.

I have 4 air cinditioners at home . in which three are samsung and one is this one . every one watching my review I recommend uextreamly not to buy this waste product. it is the worst airconditioner I have ever seen in my life. it takes 3 hours to cool a medium size room and interior and technolohy is very poor. so I prefer you all to buy some other company and to not wasting money on this waste. thanks

Its a perfect A.C which can bring cooling in just couple of minutes . It has also given me the piece of mind as it doesn't sound to noisy.

So if I compare it to my last a.c used it is little expensive then the last one but cooling is amazing with no sounds to sleep comfortably and the customer support is also perfect and active. I bought it from our nearest store of Hitachi their engineers came along with us fixed it in just minutes so I did not have to wait for long this summer.

Hitachi a big and a trusted brand we all knew and its products are just awesome.Hitachi Logicool MU RAA12CP12. this ac has too many features but ac known by its cooling.

It cool room very fast and give fresh cooling some bad product when cool they also gives bad smell.but with this ac there is nothing like that fresh air.

Very good cooling .good quality and durability . like some of the ac when start they make noise and its very disturbing but this ac doesn't make too much noise.I like this  ac very much for its cooling and its durability . and also customer support services are good.

Worst customer service. You just are on their mercy. They have outsourced their customer service which makes it more worse. They have only one emailed and no phone number where you can contact Hitachi. I will not recommend this product to anyone. The technicians visited my place 7 times in 2 months and could not solve my problem of no cooling in my room which is a 120 sq ft room and said that there is some problem with the room and not the ac.

Hello mouthshut and friends I am sushant kr banerjee and I am review this Hitachi logicool mu RAA12CP12 window ac. this ac is good for indian condition. it has powerful compressure which makes your room cool with ease. and quick. and I am using this ac from last 3 years and works good not have any problem in it. this ac have 1.5ton which price I take is rs21500 after some discount from local market in ranchi. service is good from hitachi and they made good and useful products. I am reccommend this ac to everyone who wants to by window ac because window ac has limited market and split ac have large market. if wants window ac this is a good option.

Design: it have square shape and it have blades of fan in front one beliw this one digital swich is given for on off and other setting porpous .on back side place is given for removing water .

It is easy to setup and easy to use .

I have been using Hitachi Logicool MU RAA12CP12 for more than 2 years now and I don't have good experience with this product. I bought an Air conditioner of Hitachi company as Hitachi is an International brand and is well know for its durability and the great features of their products but unfortunately I did not find any specialty with this Hitachi Air conditioner.

The room is not at all cold after using it for an hour, the temperature does not reduce immediately, this AC is not at all effective and the price they ask for their products is also very high as compared to their competitors as I paid a high price for this AC as compared to other company's product which were offering products with same features.
