TATA Housing is selling apartments like mobile phones on Snapdeal. They put up notifications on Snapdeal about the registrations starting next day morning 10 am. Most people booked it thinking it was a one-off sale. But, till date we find hundreds of apartment units unsold.

This is totally unfair. All apartments are not like cell phones that they are similar looking. People should personally review the apartments before booking them online.

TATA Housing seems to be making a lot of money by making booking amount not refundable. Most of the people book the apartment and later realise they have made a mistake and their booking amount is acquired by TATA people. Big company but cheap strategies to take away people’s money.

They should make booking amount refundable so that prospective customers can either go ahead or withdraw after having a look at the apartments.
