TVS Jupiter, despite its popularity, has some notable drawbacks that affect user experience. Many riders report persistent low-speed vibrations on the handlebar and footboard, causing discomfort during longer rides. Issues like engine stalling without warning have also been widely mentioned, often occurring randomly and not replicating at service centers, making them hard to fix. Additionally, quality control concerns, unreliable throttle cables, and inconsistent service support further add to the frustration, making ownership less satisfying over time.


Some users have also pointed out that the suspension feels stiff, which reduces comfort on uneven city roads. The braking system, while adequate, lacks the confidence that riders expect in emergency situations. Fuel efficiency figures are often lower than advertised, especially in city traffic conditions. The fit and finish of certain body panels do not feel as durable when compared to competitors. Owners also complain about frequent rattling noises developing after a few months of usage. The headlamp brightness is not very effective during night rides, which hampers visibility. Spare part availability can be inconsistent in smaller towns, leading to longer waiting periods. Even routine maintenance doesnt always resolve recurring problems, causing repeated visits to service centers. The resale value of the scooter is also lower compared to rivals like Honda Activa. We have been living in DSmax sanskru thi since 2014 and we are having a Comfortable living .this place is very comfortable and early morning nature lighting is very beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, I am very happy with the way ds max support to us.
