Xcel Onlinesurveys

I recently used Xcel Onlinesurveys for my research project, and I was not impressed. The website was extremely difficult to use and understand. The interface was clunky and unintuitive, making it difficult to navigate around the site. Additionally, the survey creation process was cumbersome and time-consuming. It was difficult to design the survey to my specifications, and the results were often inaccurate.The customer service was also very poor. I contacted them several times with questions, and I never received a response. My emails were ignored, and I was left feeling frustrated and helpless. Furthermore, their website and support documents were outdated and provided very little useful information.The pricing of Xcel Onlinesurveys was also quite high. I was charged fees that I felt were excessive and not justified. The fees seemed to be constantly increasing, and I was never notified of the increases.Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with Xcel Onlinesurveys. The website was difficult to use, the customer service was abysmal, and the prices were too expensive. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am joined this survey website from last three years and I am doing survey when recieved .

But I got only one time reward from this website because very low point and awarded and qualification are very low so very slow teach to reward radeempation.

And now in may month I am reached to another reward so I am radeem on 27 may 2020 and wait to receive but I m still waiting .

CUSTOMER SERVICE -very very poor because I am sending them 10+ request to regarding my reward by mail and chat box but no any reply or not solve my issues.

Finally I am call them and tell my issues -

First time I am call them than says tell your issu and details than I am sove this so in am tell my details and wait to thier response .

So I am call again next day and same tell them than thier executive says he will done my reward within this week but now over two weeks I am still waiting for my reward .

The xcel survey is a good website to earn money but you have to wait for a very long time for its payment I have withdrawn my money from this website about 2 to 3 months ago and still not have received my payment which is a very bad thing about it. This website offer various types of payment method like Paytm Flipkart Amazon but all the payment method are very slow although it is really and is a legit website to earn money. And I have once received my payment through this website but the payment speed is really not tolerable. Moreover the survey very less and are mostly are not done.this screen out you from the survey very easily by saying that you don't qualify for the survey after completing much of the survey, which is the very bad things. Although I have complained about my payment issue but there is no reply from their side.
