Do not make a mistake of booking with this travel agent. This is a fraud company, who will take money in advance and will not provide any tour package neither will return the money. Inspite of filing a complaint this price guy is surprisingly operating still..

Virtualtravelguru is truly virtual not real.  We are a 15 member group from South and planned go to sikkim and darjeeling in may 2018. This guy Prince, Rajesh  from VTG, his ph # 9599779723, 9315598106 cheated us by taking advance of Rs 70 K and never returned it . This advance was for booking hotels and  vehicles. He is not responding to calls, email and his website is also down now.  When we landed in Sikkim, we found that none of the bookings were not confirmed and all bookings made to hotels were either cancelled or advance not paid and were automatically cancelled. His modus operandi is to take the advance from you and make the booking in booking.com, send you the confirmation and after 2 or 3 days cancel the reservation once you are convinced that the booking is made. We were stuck and had to re-plan 6 days tour again from there. We lost 2 days in all this as many places need special permission and advance planning in Sikkim.

This is a cheat and fraud company, they took advance of18000 from me for trip booking to Sikkim but never booked any hotel and finally I had to cancel the trip and they did not returned my money and a person called Prince keep on telling lie everyday

Don't fall prey to this company they are cheaters

This is a fake site. They take your money promise you tickets and then block your number. We paid 20 thousand and didn't get any tickets neither any refund.

This is a fraud site do not engage or give any money.

We lost our money please no one else should be conned.

As it was good experience with them arranged the trip to Kashmir 4 days in 35000/- for my family trip was good specially the gondola ride and the snow area it was good and made the trip mamorable . I have my next trip to Himachal where I am coming thanks

Nice.! Service is very good . Travelling staff is very nice& cooperative behaviour like family member . We are fully satisfied with such economical package . At manali stay arragement is very good . And driver is very cooperative . Cottages provided are very neet& clean. Food is also good quality.

We 4 senior citizens had a long desire to see

I Anand booked shimla and manali 4n 5d trip. We have problem of hotel in shimla and low rating hotel at manali. As per booking they said some things are not fulfilled. We are unhappy for this trip. Waste of money. Please don't book by virtual travel guru.

I have booked package of darjeeling and gangtok through virtual travel guru. As per their given schedule they provided us accordingly. The hotel provided especially at gangtok was very homely . The hotel staff was very familiar . The behaviour of cab driver was also very good . The first experience with virtual travel guru is memorable. The cab driver made our tour enjoyment doubled. Overall tour experience was perfect .

For me it was good experience to north east I booked in 27700 in March and traveled on 02 May .

Good arrangement done Hotel was good at Gangtok, Darjeeling little bit problem as hotels address was little away from the city but location was good .

I don’t know why people complaining but if you can coordinate with them issue will be resolve best of luck for future guys keep good images and good customer relation .

The guy who operates this organization is Prince with rajesh & they work Hand in Glove with local Kerala Operator Vijayraj. I had booked a kerala holiday package from mumbai with this travels(2N-Munnar, 1N-Thekkedy, 1N-Allepey-Hoseboat, 2N-Kovalam) on 29-12-2017. This package cost was ?41700 out of which ?15000 were done Nift in Virtual travel guru's account after that he did not provide any booking confirmations for hotels had to aishwaryasingh23 for hotel at munnar from self pocket, dinner was included in the package but I had to aishwaryasingh23 for it from my pocket, in thekkedy also had to aishwaryasingh23 for hotel & dinner after thekkedy check he did not book houseboat as promised & as we had a small baby with us did not want to take any risk so re-scheduled our air line tickets by aishwaryasingh23ing extra from our pocket & returning back to Mumbai. when tried to contact he does not pick up the phone, has not refunded the money yet & uses abusive language he is a complete fraud Agent. his licence should be revoked there are several complaints about him on internet hea has duped many innocent customers.

We have booked a Manali tour package from Virtual travel guru for 2 nights and 3 days from Delhi to manali( 23 December to 25 December 2017)

We are back from our trip of Manali and to be honest we are very much unhappy with the entire experience from virtual travel guru agency

Booked hotel in Manali which was changed after reached to manali with poor services whereas in package it was mentioned that hotel having a good services.

We are very hurt with driver behavior& attitude was keep irritating us from day 1.

I did complaining to virtual travel guru agency during trip that the driver is giving trouble to us& he was still pressurizing us and stopped the cab in Ambala not in Delhi. We told him that we paid all money to you and request him to drop the cab to delhi but he said no.

And finally he dropped us at Ambala not in Delhi.

Somehow we managed and spent 1500 rs extra to come to delhi from Ambala.

I am feeling like bluffed and mentally harassment, it is my first online trip but due to all this wrong commitments and cheating from virtual travel guru all spoiled

First of all, its to be know that Virtualtravelguru is a information site of a travel agency. There are no option to book online a trip. You have to call the agent through information provided on website and discuss the plan.

Although they offer a trip, having price on average, their service are not good. I on behalf of my personal experience with the company, they give you a very high-fi list of features amd support. But in actual there are nithing like they had already told you.

In my trip, hotel in which we stay, are very bad. Toilet is so dirty having very bad smell. You cant wait inside toilet more than 5 minutes. Its very unhiegenic. They promisses to give a good hotel but nothing happening more. Behavior of staffs are very disappointing.

In my opinion dont go through this website and its owner agent as they are doing fraud. His aim is to make money by cheating and doing fraud. They dont care of any customer.

Hi my Name is Purkar, from Ahmedabad, got deal from Virtual Travel Guru, in march 2018 for 12 Adults I visited himachal for 06 days, it was good every hotel was nice arranged no where issue for service only las time when I was suppose to drop at Amritsar, I felt like driver was little obcessive for the money but it got resoved and I would like to thank you Prince jee for all the best arrangments . thank you again .

my next group is coming in 28 may 2018 of almost 24 adults .

My trip to ladakh was great through vehicle innova . I booked from here, moved manali to sarchu and others also pangong lake was beatuful intire ladakh was good .
