I have ordered two products till date from Vicky.in and have had bad experiences both the time. They are not at all active online and the customer care number does not get answered. But they do call back when you call from an unknown number. ;) so if your order is stuck, try calling from several numbers.

1st model which I ordered was a Matt Black Maisto 1:18 Merc SLS. I got a damaged Silver SLS and the customer care did not respond to your queries. I also had problems in paying for the same. I had to personally deposit the amount to his bank account.

2nd model I ordered recently for a Porsche 911GT2 and after few days I get to know is the product is not in stock and they are sending me a list of cheap brands as an alternate.

They still have my Rs.1800 and the customer care number is not being answered. No response from the owner Karthick Annamalai.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THIS STORE! THEY ARE THE WORSE!

I have OK experience on Vicky.in.I would not recommend to my friends yet.

Vicky.in needs to get serious about their Online Shopping.

Website is slow, Not user friendly not even close to being an online store.

Customer Care is not professional as well.Had ordered a product which they later said was not available (on the website it was available and took the order). Had to run pillar to post to get it sorted was not happy with it. :(

If Vicky.in does not clean up their act then they can kiss their @$$ good bye to online shopping.

I tried a Vicky.in product few weeks back.

I ordered a miniature pulsar bike on 31-Dec-2011 from vicky.in and I got a DAMAGED item delivered on 3-Jan-2012.(Order ID: 6833, Date Ordered: 31/12/2011, Blue Dart Courier Consignment no: 1330664462).

The package looked good but when opened I found that the item was completely damaged. I recommend everyone not to buy any item from vicky.in for following reasons -

1. The quality of material used is very poor

2. They have pathetic customer service, no one from vicky.in will attend customer mails and calls.
