I recently signed up to UDate.com in hopes of finding a meaningful connection. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but positive.

Also, the profiles on UDate.com are mostly outdated and incomplete. Most of the profiles I encountered didn't have a profile picture, and the ones that did had old, grainy photos. Some profiles also had little to no information about the person, making it hard to determine if someone was a good match.

I was also unhappy with the customer service I received from UDate.com. After I sent in a request for help with my account, I waited nearly two weeks before I got a response from them. When I finally did get a response, it was unhelpful and didn't address my issue.

Overall, I would not recommend UDate.com to anyone looking for a meaningful connection. The website is outdated and unorganized, the profiles are mostly incomplete, and the customer service is unprofessional.

I've noticed once you buy coin they all flock to your account, Once you run out there's nothing. There is someone different on each account everyday they asked me same question 3 times. So yeah its fake. No video to verify that there real no one on one.

I paid for a month subscription and I haven’t been able to access the app since. Sometimes I can get online and chat, but then you have to continue to buy coins to keep chatting even with a subscription. That’s crap. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Pay and you will receive 5 percent of what you paid for. It is a scam website. Tough to change profile and contact CS

If I could give this no stars I would. I don't think I was on there for more than 20 seconds and I had 12 likes how is that even possible. I wanted to for people in a row and all of a sudden all those four people had text me with all the same questions. This is nothing but a bot site. I can't see how this thing has excellent reviews. Don't waste your money. This is totally a fake site. There were a lot of pictures on there that were badly Photoshopped . I switched my phone numbers with one guy so when I Googled it it went to a pornographic service. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Horrible, I knew something was off when I click to see someone's profile they automatically write u seconds after, had 10 messages. Two put the same exact thing. They just take ur money over n over just to talk to automated people or something. Ridiculous someone should report them to BBB.

I was only a member for a week. There were only 3 guys "in my area" I did not have access to anyone outside of 60 miles. Had 3 scammers almost right away. Spent more time sending "no" messages to guys who contacted me. Emailed the company 3 times ...... no answer. Here is a really good thing..NOT. you only have to use your coins if the person is popular. I scrolled through the "inventory " guess what...they were All popular. My recommendations. Stay away. There are way better sites out there that aren't scamming you. Your choice

Do not waist your time and money! I didn't fall for this scam because all the hits came to quick and was from Denver! That was to ironic. Gut feeling told me this is very AI because I have an chat bot app and am familiar with their vibe. All the people's pictures are way to hot for real life statistics ! Everyone was to fancy... not real. Don't do it. It wants your to pay for coins for chats!

I went to this site and it is all about money. I think the women on there are computer generated. Cause I know my self there is no way any of those women would gave any thing to do with me. And every time you turn around they want you buy coins to talk to the women. This site is not good at all. Do t waste your time or money.

The phone app sucks. Thier gift bar is right above the chart bar, so it's easy to send gifts unintentionally. I accidently blocked a woman and three weeks later, no resolve. I can't prove this but based on conversations with these women, it's a scam. What to look for, refuse to meet, tell you that they talk to no one else. Make a fake account and look the woman up, she will respond very quickly want to chat with you. My advice is take your losses and leave

I want a refund and have emailed several times and received zero response! How do I get in touch with customer service?? This app sucks! I'd definitely rather use pof or tinder.

On december 13, 2022, I paid 29.99 and after some conversations they told me that I need to buy coins and doesn't let me continue the conversation...so, I think this an spam, because I contact them the same day explain the problem the same day, and they told me, that I have to pay one ($1.00) dollar to connecting me with their department of IT.

I wanted to give this app a try because it was easy to sign up and it looked like very user friendly. It let you chat with people and they reply right away. Then it will ask you to sign up if you want to continue. I paid $29.99 but after that you have to buy coins to continue to chat.

I contacted costumer service same day asking for refund but they replied that they don't refund money. To me this is a scam, don't waste your money on this application.

Was hoping for real site and after chatting with some people, realised that I need all the time to add money for limited chats.

After asking support a questions, I’ve got email saying that I was confused, and I have only one chat per day! Specially for popular members.

Asked why? I paid for 6 month for my membership! The answer was that I am confused. Following the terms and rules I asked for cancellation and refund, which is pointed in their rules.

Since then I sent 5 emails repeatedly asking for cancellation and refund, but now answer any more.

On top of this, looks like all members are fake people, and trying to keep chatting, trying to make you to pay again and again for your one time chat line!

So, underlining what been said, do not do it! Very bad support and all together looks like scam!

I honestly believe this is making whoever operates the site very very rich because to continue chatting, a patron must continually buy coins to send mssgs. None of the guys want to meet. I think they are phony and there's a single responder who is paid to string you along an get you to buy more coins. Simple meaningless chat should be free but this is far too expensive for the nothing one gets for all the $$$ I just spent to get NOTHING. I don't think this is real. Do not be a sucker like me. Just don't do it and be done with it! So shallow that someone actually set up this site to rip us off just so they could get rich by causing me to feel like a sucker; a broke sucker at that. This sucks and completely disappointing. So sad. Proprietor is a real creep for putting this out there. What a edged up world we live in!
