Tumbledry

I got my blazers dry cleaned and delivered very quickly. I can see there is some unique finishing in the blazer, it is looking very fresh and new.

The dry clean service was very fast. Their delivery picked up my mummy's sarees yesterday only and today morning, they sent them back.

Until using this laundry service I kept trying different dhobis and laundry services, everywhere I faced 2-3 problems. Sometimes that clothes were not cleaned properly, sometimes they used to feel too stiff(I don't know why), sometimes they were not ironed properly. With this shop, I haven't faced any such issue, so I think I'm done, I will continue with Tumbledry. Not gonna try other services.

It's my fourth laundry order with Tumbledry, I am loving the service so far. They don't leave dirt, stains and extra detergent in my clothes. It's good I recommend it.

I live alone(with a roommate but not with my family). So for those who are like me this is a good option to get dirty clothes washed. Using this laundry for one week. I just wish it would've been a little cheaper but still it is fine.

Tried laundry at Tumbledry shop yesterday only. It was very good and convenient. Loved how easy it makes.

Have been dealing with trap of paschim vihar branch. Worst washing and won't give clothes after multiple follow ups. Will make u crazy by charging advance. First wash false promise and torn kurta when got clothes which she didn't take ownership of but said future would take care. This time given clothes been 6days now following up morning to night and not getting back clothes. Not they ready to refund balance amount as services are disgusting you are found coz you didn't mistake of taking prepaid service. Paschim vihar owner has taken alternate franchise of two companies and is unable to manage. Please BE AWARE

I was grossly mistaken when i thought a branded washing service will be genuinely dry cleaning the clothes i give them to dry clean.

I gave them a limited edition Levis jeans to dry clean and these fellows washed it, ruining the look and causing the leather patch to leave stains on the

Jeans all over the pair. When asked to contact the owner they declined to give me the number as they weren't allowed to.

I should have learnt my lesson when they misplaced a bedsheet that i received as a gift and never gone to them, but guess this had to happen.

Please take my advice, never trust tumble dry, at least your local laundry is expected to cheat. These guys cheat in the garb if being a brand!

Loved the entire thing, laundry service is worth trying.

I have been using this laundry service for just 4-5 days but I have started liking it a lot. Makes the entire thing of washing ironing clothes very simple.

Highly recommended for babies clothes. I recently got my 3 year old daughters clothes dry cleaned at this shop, there was no chemical like smell, and clothes were not stiff too.

I recommend this shop for laundry of clothes. The service is normal and good, no complaints.

Honestly when I ordered yesterday, I didn't had great expectations. But now after looking at my years old blazer I am surprised. Damn its shining as a new one. Was not expecting them to be so good.

Great for curtains. I just loved they removed and installed curtains for free too.

First times I sent net sarees to dryclean. I was very scared but thankfully Tumbledry did not let it damage. My sarees are good after drycleaning.

After pickup in yesterday morning I got clothes back around 8PM yesterday only. I really liked how quickly the washed all of them.

5 pieces of clothing were given for dry wash at Tumbledry outlet at BG 13, Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal on 26th of August’2023 the bill generated was for Rs 610.00 and delivery date was at 6th September’2023. The delivery was delayed and we had to visit twice and today also they were not ready with the ironing. Had to wait for 30 minutes to get the ironing done. The cleaning quality is also found to be awful. This is disgusting customer service

Would like to share that recently I have given my Suede shoes for cleaning Order ID T15855/T15384 wherein firstly they took 1 month to deliver and on top of that Pathetic service and has also spoiled my shoes.

I have serious doubts on the Company credibility as considering the service being expensive I thought the service will be good but I feel they have cheated me.

They returned my article 10 days late that too without dry cleaning it.

There has been a foul odor coming from quit which says a lot about their hygiene practice at the store.

I have been asking for a refund and do jot wish to send back the quilt to get cleaned again.

For last 7 days but they have been refusing to refund the amount I paid for the services they clearly did not deliver.

There customer care helpline is equally hopeless.

I have been calling and following up in the same but still no resolution !!
