Tumbledry

The clothes were picked up on 5th May and was supposed to be delivered by 9th May. Today is 15th May, delivery was delayed by 7 days.

Bangalore Hongasandra branch, Store manager Mithun has a very bad behavioural issue. He lies a lot and is absolutely rude. There is no customer satisfaction policy with this company. Customer care not helping and arranging call backs with supervisor. As per customer care, the store is temporarily closed while I have a bill from 5th May. Highly unprofessional. Even local iron guys are better than this company.

However, I need my clothes from them which they are not ready to deliver at home.

I think this is the worst dry clean service ever I have come across . Stop calling yourself India’s best you are the reason people get annoyed by the services in India. The local dry clean shops are more trustworthy than you. I did give 3 suits of mine for dry-clean on 3rd may and they provided me the delivery date after 4 days but I got the delivery on 14th may and that too after calling them numerous time. Please don’t take their services

Disappointed with my first ever tumble dry experience.....the cuffs and collars of karate gi wasn't cleaned. When I asked for a repeat wash the store manager Mithun Chakraborty since he said that's the "best he could do" n asked me to put up a complaint "if I can"...... I had sent him the video of the clothes while his delivery man stood at bay.....

I really liked how fast their dry clean service is. I got the clothes back same day and the stain is also completely gone. Good service.

They drycleaned my sister's saree really well. I liked the fast service also.

Good experience with Tumbledry, they drycleaned a suit properly. No issues.

Best for lehenga, this is the second time I got my mumma's lehenga dry cleaned here.

Staff at this shop is good. They know details of washing clothes, I can say this because I had small conversation with staff. Laundry service was good too.

I gave them my shoes for dry cleaning as it had some gulal colour stains on it. firstly it's way too costly.they charged me 350 for shoes.nd they are too careless that they misplaced my shoes nd I got them late .nd that too in same condition as it was earlier.I went there twice or thrice then on 4th day they delivered my shoes on my address that too with literally zero percent results.very much disappointed by it.( I'm talking about greater Noida near yatharth branch).

Dry for cleaning, and unfortunately, one of the shoes was returned to me damaged. The damage was not present before when it was sent, and I'm disappointed with the service I received. I have also attached images for reference.

I recommend not to use their services else double-checking your items before handing them for cleaning to avoid similar issues.

Very bad service, they spoiled my adidas Originals Campus black shoe, It’s a few months old shoe but when they returned the shoe is damaged, I paid 11k for the shoe and when I escalate the issue no response from them, Tumbledry waste service provider

I gave my Louis Philippe shirt to tumbledry and they returned in torn and pathetic condition...bad service

Again n again customer care people were jus calling and saying sorry n giving 1000 rs compensation though I explained very well 100 times my shirt brand and cost ..

Plz plz don't trust them

I'm really impressed with tumbledry's dry clean it's quality and delivery timing is good I would say it's value for money??

App will show 25% but u will get only 10% for fisit time no use u can us washoo very less price compare tumbledry , waste company don't use , these guys are cheating people

Worst service. I gave a washed cotton saree for roll polish. They have just ironed it and gave it. No roll polish was done.

One of the pathetic service...since 1 week I am constantly calling customer care and they are not able to give update about my item....
