Trivago please please remove current add (been showing for way tooo long now)sooo very stale & sooo very, very annoying - I hate it!!! ‘Just one night madam’. $120 for the night please’

Until this add I liked the ever changing Trivago adds but not now!, !

Trivago advertising of late is complacent and clearly the budget needs increasing!

Within 2 days of booking I cancelled the booking and Jasmeet promised full refund and after 7 days Rohan & Kanishk force me to bear loss of Rs 1500 because they generated an invoice. DO NOT EVER PRE BOOK IN THIS HOTEL. A patient spoke to Rohan and made him understand that Jasmeet promised a full refund and Rohan was incapable of understanding the issue.They are fraud and there to cheat you. The staff is not helpful and makes false promises. Beware while considering this hotel. immensely disappointing

I have never used trivago and because of your stupid and nasty paid ads which I get almost 100 times when I watch my serials on ZEE5 is irritating, . I request you to please stop this dirty advertisement and let people enjoy there space. Otherwise I personally think soon people will leave using this apps too then where you will show your content. Let the ad run for twice the complete show I watch. why the hell it is running 100000000000+ times when I watch my fav. shows. Please stop it. If it continues I make sure that my entire family and friends and relatives will not use trivago for lifetime.

If you will go through ratings by trivago gor ANY city, at top you will find fab hotels and treebos. All other hotels, including Taj etc are low rating...i guess its fake

Worse experience at Fairmont hotel.

Went for a 4 days holiday and stayed at the Fairmont Hotel everything was going smoothly. I had my money in a wallet inside a small bag hidden firmly between my clothes in my luggage. And i did not take my wallet outside the hotel at all. When we checked out and when i reached the airport, i checked my wallet and my money was gone is was a big amount of money, i immediatly tried to contact the hotel but did not receive a response so i contacted the police and sent an email to the police station and i was advised to travel and they will contact me. I followed up with the hotel and they kept telling me that they are investigating and they are asking all the employees and will get back to me after a long bad 2 days i received a call that they were not able to find my money. I am so sure that my money was stolen from my bag inside the hotel. Since i had money from different currency that i will not use in Baku. This bad experience ruined my holiday i am still working closely with Baku Police who were very helpful and helped me and still helping me a lot. I hope that i will be able to get my money back. I know that i should not keep my money in my luggage and i should have used the safe but this is not an excuse to be robbed in such a well reputated hotel.

Be aware of the places your are staying in don't trust the stars.

Pathetic services. They assure that people can find best hotel with all the prices comparable and bla bla but all could see is just mismatch. Trusting trivago I booked some hotel with some price but somewhere else I could see the same hotel in much cheaper price. This sort of guarantee they give. Pathetic! Guys just don't trust them, do all your R&D and book your hotel.

I have loose money hotel booking in trivago, I try to find customer care in trivago, and found There is no customer care number available to contact.

I have lost money and time, Be careful and away from Trivago.

If you ever search for a hotel booking in Asia, trivago is always on top in search result so you can believe that they are the best, however after your first experience; you will definitely un-installed their app, registered hotel with trivago not only unprofessional but also try to get money for anything you ask them - corrupted people.

I have searched in trivago , it suggested to book room via agoda , i have booked , agoda took money, received mail from agoda with confirmation of booking.when i reached at hotel after 4 hours they denied to give booking with two reasons 1.not received any booking confirmation from agoda 2. Sold out since last two days and informed to agoda. Finally i left without room , both trivago and agoda shoed false info and took booking.

I have used Trivago just one time and it was my first and last use of this aplication. Today I would like to share my bad experience to you so that you will never face this type of problem.

I booked a room through Trivago for fpur nights, and I have confirmed reservation, and I printed this two copy which I took with me. And when I arrived in the hotel they said that there was no booking in my name and I was just shocked. I never thought that Trivago is some kind of that.

The hotel was very good and the manager is also good and luckyly there were some rooms available.

I paid myself again to book the hotel.

After that I sent mail to Trivago and they said it was not them who booked this it was a another party. I was just uninstaled the app and got angry a lot.

Although they fixed this problem and back my money after 8days but my experience and the harasment were worst.

So I cannever recommend you this aplication.

Hope Trivago will take care of this problems very soon.

New update on 5th october is a poorly thought out one. The search results excludes way too many hotel options and when I view the deal, it is not taking me to hotels page which I was searching rather to flights page. This was a good platform to check hotel prices, location, now the search omits many hotels and view deal page transfer is not working. Review your update, worst update so far:(

Worst app doesn't help you in situation. I am in one city and when I searched for then it showing hotels in different cities punjab Vishakhapatnam and ol. that doesn't needsto be helpful

I find trivago very useful in case of hotel and motel bookings. We can find best and cheap prices available. Also we can compare and find a good place with cheap price. It is one of the leading platforms to search for good place to stay. I always use it and highly recommend it.

Last week I went to Rutu agro farms with my friends it a beautiful resorts with all the modern amenities and very helpful staff .it is on the foot hills of mahableshwar.away from the crowded streets of mahableshwar and still close to it .a must go place

Vani Holidays has just failed to keep a proposal against which they have taken money.if you have failed your proposal to keep you would have return our money against which you have taken money.

So according to Indian Contract Act there is breach of contract by this fraud company and there stands no point of cancellation policies .Still they are taking the full amount of 1lakh 6k as a cancellation charge n returning 2k in total.Full fraud package system they show you and after they get money they can't provide u the same amnt.

While booking they know very well the dates and now after getting money they say these are peak dates.

Pl do not get trapped by these peopleWe will have litigation against them now

Hey there! While helping my one of my best friend , I book a hotel for one night stay in indore, madhya pradesh. I found a great deal on trivago.in wia expedia. The dates are not they actually wanted but the dates had under dates. Change dates ? So I did that. Litrally my friend got the offer of 30% off on price of the hotel. He share his experience with me. A must see hotel finder before any trip. It kind of compares hotels from many sites and gives you results for more or less every place you could go and stay at. It gives you a good idea of the range of the hotels you will be staying at. There are awesome filters to find the place you are exactly looking for by keeping in mind the price range, availability of different facilities. It has actually all the functions that one would keep in mind while actually renting out a hotel room. it could have had more features like restaurant near by and all, but nevertheless its basic operation is something else so wont blame it for that.

I was going to Cherrapunji when I used this and it gave me a list of hotels at which I can stay. The library is not that big as I expected, many hotels were not listed which were quite cheap and of good quality.(attached pics) It was actually some other hotel that I used to stay.(no listed in trivago)

overall a good experience when I have gone to other places like ladakh and daman and dew.

The thing is that you should really see it once before going somewhere no matter of where you are going as it will give you an idea of the price and availability in that region.
