Rooms are mostly not as shown. Poor after sales service. Poor followup. Not worth paying. Please do not fall into their false promises. Most hotels are not ideal for families.

We had booked three rooms at the hotel Treebo Trend Hotel Berry Hill – Mahabaleshwar from 14th to 16th April through hotels.com according to which we were to pay the cost of booking at the hotel itself. The credit card amount was blocked, for the booking amount. Shortly after a few days my friend got a call from Treebo that he needed to pay 50 per cent of the amount to secure the reservation for 3 rooms; accordingly, it was paid. Thereafter we made several requests to the property to ensure the rooms that were given, had good views. On the appointed date we reached, only to be told the rooms were unavailable and only one room was available, even though we had booked three and had received confirmed reservation for all three, and no amount of arguments or cajoling helped. We had driven for several hours and were quite exhausted and, naturally, on being told this, were in a soup. The guy at the reception cried off responsibility saying we should speak to Treebo(as if the hotel and Treebo were separate entities) and when we called their number, were placed on an endless loop. We wanted to call the Treebo Area Manager but he did not take the call. This was one of the most difficult experiences of our life and our holiday got compromised since alternative accommodation was impossible to get, it being a long weekend.

Treebo ruined our holiday, stressed us out and if that isn’t all, hasn’t made the full refund. Also, the hotel did not look like the photos on the hotels.com website at all. They cheated us and made us miserable at a time we should have been enjoying. They are also unreachable. I have been unable to contact them at customer support so far as it does not accept the booking id I enter.

Would advise all to AVOID.

I booked a Treebo hotel at Kolhapur. Paid the 50% booking amount. Treebo sent email confirmation about booking. When Me along with my family reached to the hotel reception at 9 pm and the hotel staff said there is no booking for you in the hotel system and all rooms are booked. I called up the customer care. Customer care staff was telling me that there must be some technical issue and trying to convince that you will get room. Customer care staff is fully trained to lie to the customer. After 1 hr of call I somehow managed to get their senior regional manager and he apologised and offer for refund in 2 days. I managed to get room in another hotel. Time was 10:30 pm. My Worst experience with Treebo didn’t end there and continued with for refund also. For one month I was following up with customer care and support executives were lying about my refund process. This company is pathetic in service as well as customer support. I would strongly recommend to not to book any hotel through them. If anybody wants to hear my experience please feel free to call me.

I m shckd to say that Trebo gives that hotel in which child abusing and exploitation happens , and these people don’t have guts to talk for these issues .. never ever booked the hotel from them if u r a family person

Don't book hotel with treebo, as they are taking bookings for such hotels which are closed or hotel don't have tie-up with treebo.

I have personally faced the problem In Goa.

When I reached there the hotel name was changed and they said we have informed treebo not to take bookings but still they are taking.

We've been staying at treebo hotels for a considerable time now and must say they are worth your price and time both. The first time we stayed in hinjawadi, Pune though it was in remote area but the service was okay. You can book your room online and pay both via online payment systems or later at the hotel itself ( which is a feature I liked most) . The check in time is usually 10 am but you can do so early after enquiring the reception. They also provide food ( differs from the place) and washroom accessories during your stay. The reception is helpful and the place is suitable for families looking for a safe and clean accommodation.

Some of their hotels are located in quite remote areas thats difficult to find otherwise overall worth it.

The whole stay was very pleasant and harmonious. Staffs are fully professional and sincere in their work. Very neat and clean rooms. Food is awesomely tasty.

When we were about to reach the hotel approximately 1 km away from hotel, we were told that we will not be able to enter mall road Mussourie because we were travelling by taxi. When contacted treebo they were not able to provide any assistance but wasted our time and spoke over the phone very rudely and every time disconnecting calls. Do not book hotel through treebo trend website, this website is fake and they are least professional and they don't know how to provide services in hospitality industries, there is no support from their customer service assistance team.

Cheap hotel, dirty Washrooms, no Room service, deceiving pictures of the hotel (They showed different building/rooms pic on their site and alloted room in the opposite building which was old and dilapidated)

Breakfast is absolutely tasteless.No water bottle provided, No one at the reception to attend customers, stained bedsheets, zero cleanliness of the surrounding of called rubbish hotel.

Treebo nailed in as a scamster in Service Industry with poor professionalism and Deceiving business model.

We reached Treebo Garden Cottage and Lawn on a sunny afternoon. We had a car to park, but found no staff to guide at the entrance. When we entered the hotel premises, we found nobody at the reception. Two clueless staff members came by to guide us to our room without even confirming our booking. The room was dusty, and there was no mineral water bottle. The Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak and the connection snapped often. We were left with no option as our mobile network signal was weak. When we expressed our need to talk to the manager, the staff member asked us to wait for "aadha ghanta" as that person was out for prayer. When we refused to wait, we were told, "Ab aadmi prayer karne bhi nahi jaa sakta kya?" We were enraged, and decided to leave right away. We told the restaurant manager we needed our money back, as we did not wish to stay, he shouted back at us saying, "Yaha aap se bhi bade bade log aate hain. Zyada mat bolo. Humein nahi pata aapke paiso ka kya hoga. Treebo se pucho." These were the exact words. Treebo relies on IVR very smartly to address complaints. No customer care executives to listen to your woes. I will never recommend Treebo to people in my circle.

I booked a hotel through Treebo and once i arrived at hotel with my family, hotel staff denied checkin saying they dont have anymoretieup with Treebo, and it was already conveyed to them as well. So after complaining with Treebo they arranged alternative hotel and experience at Treebo hotel at Andheri was terrible. Hotel receptionist Kunal was unprofessional and uncultured. Hospitality and hotel facility was very bad

Unfortunately, I booked a hotel with same day by paying partial amount instead of next day on which I actually wanted to check-in and cancelled it immediately. When I spoke with customer care executive asking for a refund, I was told that as per policy you aren’t eligible as cancellation happened with in 24 hours. I tried explaining it was a honest mistake but, they kept saying it is against policy and didn’t even tried to check with hotel management if they can proceed with a refund. It’s very bad that they are charging customers in the name of policy even though no service was provided and shows that they care more about making customers follow their policies rather than customer satisfaction. I wish they will come up with cost effective process for cancellations.

When we visited there ooty hotel whispering meadows we had given our room key to clean our room and went for outing. There room cleaning service or there staff stolen my clothes from my bag. Next day we were living early for mysore so didn't checked but after reaching mysore hotel I wanted to change clothes and found that my few clothes were missing. I immediately complained to treebo trend customer service but till date they have not given any resolution. After 6 days of follow up with them, they are telling you can register complain about them and they will support!! Is this the kind of approach hospitality industry have??? I asked for resolution if they cannot find the person who stole my things but instead they are telling to do lodge complain as they cannot help now. PATHETIC TREEBO TREND HOTELS AND THERE STAFF BEHAVIOR. I TRAVELLED MANY PLACES BUT NEVER FOUND HOTELS STEALING GUESTS CLOTHES IF THEY DONT FIND MONEY IN LUGGAGE.

Treebo is selling wholesome breakfast as a part of package and gives 100% satisfaction guarantee or refund. They claim to resolve the issue in 30 min otherwise refund will be issued -no questions asked. However, first morning in Treebo Trend Sea Coin, there was only one breakfast option and that was Misal Pav. There was no other options like - bread / butter, cereals, egg preparation, fruits or juices. When I asked hotel representative, she said because people do lot of food wastage we have stopped providing options to the guests and we already had this agreement with Treebo that we will only provide one option for breakfast. We were travelling from UK and didn't have indian telephone number so we could only report the issue via their online reporting tool. The hotel had terrible wifi which was very unstable so I reported it to Treebo from restaurant's wifi. Someone tried to contact me at hotel when we were away and then no one came back to us. As I didn't have any local number, I asked hotel if they can connect me to treebo so I can have a word with them but they refused to do so mentioning they are not allowed to contact Treebo!

Since then 3 more days I was raising same complaint within their online tool of reporting issues. No response from Treebo whatsoever! On Wednesday, when there was no potatoes in Puri Bhaji breakfast even other guests started saying that they should provide more options.I mentioned that I have complaint Treebo but no one has come back to me and I don't have a phone so I can't call either. One of the guests offered me his phone and I spoke to Treebo along with 2 other guests. They launched complaint but again no one came back to me in-spite of me giving them my UK whatsapp number and email address. Next day we got breakfast as promised -'wholesome breakfast'. The day after(it was my birthday btw!) they said breakfast will be one option, in the room and limited. take it or leave it! so we didn't have breakfast. Again all day went talking to Treebo. Next day they came back to me offering 1800rs compensation for my stay which I refused to take. The hotel misguides guests stating the breakfast is'complementary' so just take whatever we are offering for free. However, Treebo sells the room and breakfast as a package. My bother stayed at the same hotel with us and they charged 300rs per day for 15 years old's breakfast. So, obviously someone is cheating customers here!

So in nutshell Treebo is a cheater. If you are facing issues in their Hotel they never respond to you though they say we give you 100% money back guarantee and will resolve issue in 30 mins. Don't fall into wrong promises from Treebo. There is no money back guarantee, the only guaranteed thing is the disappointment. I flew 5000 miles to have this inconvenience on my bday trip!

I visited Bangalore on April 21 for my competitive exam.i stayed in treebo akshaya mayflower hotel, the room was very nice and friendly staffs, immediate response by the management if u have any issues! .amazing place to stay.it was very good ambience over there.u can get easy access to many places like saloon and spa, nilgris, ck bakery, kfc etc

Hi friends, I came to pune for an business meeting since last year. At the time I used to stay in this hotel. This is very bad hotel, because the water availability in this hotel is very limited.

Also the bed sheet providing in this is very cheap I feel some sort of bad smell coming from it it's really difficult to stay in this hotel. The hotel place in the middle of hinjawadi. So that we can reach out anywhere easily because there is good transportation facility available around this hotel.

But there is not good ambience to stay.

Whenever we go out for some day, we choose chain hotel becuase of its name & fame of service. We all know Treebo hotel are one of the chain hotels in India, hence, when last time when I went to Ahmedabad I used this treebo hotel web site to make hotel booking for hotel name Treebo Vice President, which was on Asharam road, Navrangpura, Girish cold drinks, Ahmedabad.

While making the booking whatever, service were promised that were not available in that hotel and when we contacted to its customer support for it, they just replied it by giving excuse of non-availability. Also, they were not ready to cancel booking. Content and information provided over web site were wrong.

It was much hard to make a profile & hotel booking with this portal, however, there web site is much quick responsive. In last I just want to say that, stay in the hotel and services provided by treebo group was not fruiful for me.
