One time india and austraila one day match in Indore and online ticket sell with Madhya Pradesh cricket association announced Ticketgenie.in OK. Madhya Pradesh. 22 December 12: 00 PM ticket start for sell so I come on site 11: 50 and 12: 00 I many try to book ticket but site is crash not a good server.

So I really dissapointed I miss a cricket match

Being a cricket fan has its own advantages and disadvantages. One good benefit is Cricket keeps me motivated but on the flip side, it is a costly game.

Yes, if you are a die hard fan and wants to watch a live match- be prepared for jostling and expensive tickets.

So, one of my white weather friends asked me to join him on a last year cricket match -IPL; I was apprehensive. First, I was not sure, if he would be able to purchase the ticket;second, I was sure about their unavailability.

Nevertheless, he booked them on Ticketgenie within few minutes( 15 -20 minutes).

(Well, he got them on discounted rates, a fact he concealed for long.)

I was amused that this site sells cricket merchandise too. One can buy caps, T shirts and other memorabilia.

As far I am concerned; I felt quite happy to buy tickets on line. Unlike past, when I returned home as a loser and made excuses for "being denied a ticket"

So, I am all for this nice online ticket selling site!

I booked IPL tickets for May, Royal Challenger IPL Match. Initially I was worried about negative reviews that I read. I did not encounter any problems while booking my tickets for the match and got the email confirming of my ticket and the required money got deducted.

Easy to use, simple way to get my tickets.

I had placed a sound awake t-shirt order from ticketgenie for the Steve Aoki concert that was held in December. As I wanted to wear it for a concert I sent them a mail requesting if they will be able to send it to me immediately.

Not only did they send it to me in two days, but they also attached a cute hand written note saying "we hope this has reached you on time. Wishing you a fun-filled concert!." I was really touched!

I had booked my IPL tickets using ticketgenie and I guess due to some error I didn't get the E-ticket voucher.

I contacted their customer service they were really polite and apologised for the  mistake and the mail was sent to me within fifteen mins. Now thats what I call apt service.

I  had  booked  IPL  tickets  for  my  entire  family( six of us)  using  ticketgenie  and  have  not  encountered  any  problems  so  far.  A s  soon  as  I  paid  I  received  an  E-ticket    vouchers  for  the same.

This  website  is  very  convienient  to  use  as  well. We just loved the service.

I had bought online tickets for India Vs WI( Sachin's Last in Edens) and have still not got the tickets and they had promised a delivery 3 Days Before. The match is on Wednesday and their Kolkata person has switched off his NOS.

Also, I noticed a good number of Kolkata people to have not received such tickets. The site is fake by all angles.

They do not have their act together. The agents are inexperienced and ignorant. I booked 3 tickets online first time on 17th May, transaction failed after money was deducted from my account. The call center agent encouraged me to do this again telling me money won't be deducted this time.

Again money was deducted and when I kept calling they had no answer. I paid for 6 tickets totally, got not a single one and my refund is also not through even 40+ days later. Don't use their online site to book is my advice.

I booked tickets for India-Australia Delhi test match(22nd-26th March) for 23rd March, 2013. As per their website, the e-tickets were to be redeemed for physical tickets from Ambedkar Stadium one day before start of match starts.

Today, 21st March morning my person visited Ambedkar stadium but nobody there had any clue where the tickets are available. I sent a mail to their Bangalore office after frantically trying to call the telephone nos. mentioned on ticketgenie.com website. Bangalore responded by asking me to contact some guy Deepak at 9210696081. This guy Deepak did not respond to 10-15 calls made to him. Even my SMS went without response.

Meanwhile, my person at the stadium informed there are 2 Ticketgenie.com people selling tickets from a car parked outside the Ambedkar stadium - but only for 22nd March. Nobody has a clue how to get e-tickets redeemed for 23rd March.

What is the use of booking online if someone has to waste an entire day in redeeming these e-tickets? These fraudulent websites without any physical infrastructure are just interested in selling e-tickets and collecting money. There is no thought given to providing basic service.

I will NEVER again use ticketgenie.com and recommend all to stay away from this website.

I have a very bad experience which I want to narrate step wise.they are fraud company which play with your emotions and take your money.icici bank is gang member who will tie up with them and will try to steal money.

1)on 15th april I tried to purchase ipl ticket from ticket genie .Transaction failed2)Complained citibank and ticketgenie.3)citibank reverted back my money temoprarily and told me that if ticketgenie will come and claim the money then they will deduct money and advice me to register complain there which I did already so I was assured that thing got resolved.3)10th may ticket genie claimed the money from my bank (citibank) despite I have complained to them.4)i asked them they said they have transferred the money on 11th may.but I didnt receive money.5)then they given me fake transaction number and icici bank which is handeling ticket genie online transaction.they too given me some fake number to ask from my bank.6)i send them citibank official letter in that they mentioned nothing has been transferred into my account.7)they promise me to send cheque,but they didnt done.8)again after complaining they said within 3 days it will get transfer,nothing happened.9)they block my email and now they are not listening anything.

Worst thing is that I was hurt with icici bank and its executive DEEPAK AR Territory Head E-Commerce South.he himself took up thing and he assured me but now he is another person to join there gang to make me fool.he send 2 or 3 email with lot of promise and then he blocked email and everything.Please never buy a single thing from ticket genie as they are robberer and they will steal your money after troubling you alot.i dont know how they manage to get the right from ipl team but yes they didnt saw this company fradulant thing and becouse of this common people is getting cheated and suffering is huge
