This site allows you to gift "experiences" - a novel/cool idea. But the "cool"ness ends there. There is nothing cool about them that you discover once you pay for them. What the website says and what actually you get are poles apart. They don't even have the courtesy to answer your phone calls and for what they charge, their service delivery standards are lower than the worst-run e-commerce websites. However, they do not give discounts, price their service at a double-premium and promptly expect their customers to just accept whatever they decide once they pay.

Please do not suggest the service even to your sworn enemies. I gifted an experience to my wife through them and they made sure that I truly regretted it.

Actually, giving 1-star is being over-generous to them. Unfortunately, Mouthshut doesn't allow me to rate them 0 stars.
