They took 6 months to get a refund case sorted and still couldn't get it sorted. They promised refund of fees paid and they didn't refund. Beware. Avoid.

Taxspanner provided excellent support in filing my returns in a timely manner. The tax manager was reachable on phone to clarify queries and they completed the filing on time. I have been using their services for many years and very happy so far with their support.
Worst Services...won't recommend anyone..It's was bad experience while filing ITR CA assisted

I am not getting any response from the TAX Spanner, they asked me take package of 1299, I took it after that no response in phone and email. I called multiple times to them, they just hanging the call its simple hanging staying all are busy.
it has been 4 days after payment they are not respond properly.
suggestion to others: if you have urgent ITR filing, please look for another CA's group. these guys never respond if you say urgent to these guys, they ask you to pay more after you pay, they will not respond.

I am using Taxspanner service for last 5 years but this year I had terrible experience. They send one mail to give Income tax login credentials and then the person disappears. After one or 2 days, when we do follow up, they ask for form 16. Once we send, they disappear again. This is how they work. More over, they dont know for filin tax to capital gains Pls avoid this service and Learn how to file tax returns on your own
After paying premium amount for filing, following up by email from past 1 week without any response. Their phone line and chatbox are crap. Called 10+ times to speak with the CA assigned but he never picks up and the line just get disconnected. Highly disappointing service.
Last 2 years. They have always been prompt with their services and Extremely satisfied with the level of service provided by TaxSpanner. Professional and knowledgeable team. Highly Recommend

Taxspanner team helped in filing with correct information from two form 16's i had due to employment change in AY 2022-23. Initial it took three days however upon reiterating the urgency right person/team were assigned and filing happened within half a day with all queries answered.
