Please don't pay them; their response time is over 12 hours. Steer clear of their services. They provide the worst and most fraudulent trademark registration service. Trust me, friends, you can handle the registration on your own. At least then, you can avoid the pitfalls of poor search reports and the risk of being associated with competitor trademarks for a cheap commission. Also, never heed their e-drafter suggestions. They even send the objection notice after half a month. Never give poa and communication will be delivered to them but you may not be noyified or delayed notification

My experience with Startupwala BMC Group Pune Maharashtra India is BAD. They take money promising glorified service levels and, once sales is done, hands customers over to some junior operations staff, who do things what even we can do ourselves on government portals. Further, if anything goes wrong during the process, they raise hands and starts giving excuses blaming the government systems and processes.

We had given them an assignment for registering a Trademark and they had messed it up. Further experience followed as stated above.

When I tried to escalate the matter to the directors, found that their escalation ids do not work!

I paid 7000 to register my trademark, but they didn't inform me about receiving any documentation. Additionally, they charged me 2500 for each objection clarification. I feel like I've been cheated.

I wasted more than 20, 000 INR and one complete year. I went to Startup Wala because they offered cheap services and always appeared at the top of Google search results. Based on trust, I gave them the job of registering my trademark. They charged me approximately 7, 000 INR for the filing. However, during the filing, they wrote the incorrect address on the notary, despite me providing them with my Aadhar card.

After six months, I followed up with them as the registration was not completed. The registration status should not have taken more than six months. After several follow-ups, they informed me that there was an objection, and I had to hire a lawyer. I paid approximately 6, 000 INR for the objection hearing fees. Then, while waiting for an update after another follow-up, they informed me that two objections had been filed. I had to pay an additional 12, 000 INR for their lawyer's fees.

After the hearing, they informed me that my trademark application had been refused or rejected. Now, my question is, if you know that a trademark may face objections or any problems, you should inform your client beforehand. I received better responses when I consulted other local advocates.

When I saw the hearing copies from the lawyer(may be some inexperienced cheap lawyer they have used) of Startup Wala, it showed that the arguments weren't competent enough. So, we had to lose this case. I advise you to stay away from Startup Wala for your trademark registration and instead choose a direct lawyer who specializes in IP trademark registration. That's my suggestion. It was one of the worst professional experiences I had with Startup Wala, filled with lies and fraudulent commitments.

I had the worst experience with'Startup wala'. I would not recommend'Startup wala' for company incorporation at all. Mr Pawan was handling my case, terrible experience with him. After 2 and a half months, I am still waiting for my company's incorporation, it's incomplete as yet.

They are just making money and ignoring the client's perspective, and opportunity costs. Even if they didn't complete the assignment, they don't refund the money paid. I feel I have been cheated by'Startup wala'. I had wasted time, money and opportunity costs. Stay away.

Unexpected Worst experience of my life with this Fraud service provider. They are not professional and very big cheater, because they cheated me with my Trade Mark Registration process.

They quoted me a price before starting the process and after starting the same, they hiked the service charge without any reason and after insisting for the reason, they gave me a illogical reason for hike.
