I've never seen such an unprofessional company before. I had an on site training in New York, booked my flight and hotel, everything to get a message cancelling the training. I was patient and even prolonged my stay in New York but they never could give me the training I paid for.
It's been 2 months now chasing them for the refund. Just save yourself a bad experience and a lot of money by learning with someone else. At this point this company looks like an absolute scam to me. I will take them to court if necessary to get my money back.

Excellent Trainer, Excellent coures Meterial, Excellent flow of the traning, Excellent way of interaction with small batch .But, they start traning almost 5 mintes late everyday or end traning 5 mintes late everyday. l think team has to respect the timing of praticipants.

Too many updates in Mobile App. I think companies have to take a break from updated so many things in a short time. I would recommend their training and services but not the APP in the App Store. I have taken Bundle courses from them. it is value for money but I dint like the learning experience.
Trainer was good but I asked for an Indian Trainer, Since it is very difficult to understand US trainers with their thick accent.
Apart from that everything was smooth. 5 starts for this and 1 star for not accommodating what I requested for.
I opted TOGAF 10 TRAINING which was scheduled between 8th April to 11th April but due to personal reason I had to dropout of the training midway. Customer executive Naziya was kind enough to help me out with the same and got me removed from the present training and assisted me to schedule another batch in future.it was smooth and satisfactory experience
Had a pleasure of being trained under Sprintzeal for TOGAF Foundation(level1) .The training course and its format was very insightful and interesting and even though the content was full of theoretical concepts, Sprintzeal in his humorous style of teaching, made sure that the interest in the course lasts till the end. He ensured to give the overview of the TOGAF EA framework by relating it with the real-world scenarios which made the lerning job a lot easier.
Grateful for crossing my path with such a knowledgeable, yet humble and lively trainer.
I had a wonderful learning experience with Sprintzeal and would highly recommend it to anyone . I have enrolled for business analytics course, the sessions were good and interactive . projects and assignments helped me a lot in implementing learning practically.

They promised me 20 practice test papers, but papers, but I got only 18 practice tests, emailed them multiple times, and asked them to send me two more, it ages to receive the same.
I got my training completion certificate with spelling mistake. Although I made mistake while registering, I had to send multiple reminders to get my name corrected. 1 star
My LMS Access got expired, requested for extension but they asked to subscribe, they won’t extent my e learning for free. 1 star
I sent email asking to change my enrolled course to different one but I had to pay extra for e learning which is little disturbing, if not all good for now.
Big thanks to team sprintzeal for helping me to pass my CISSP Exam in first attempt.The trainer was pretty knowledgious. The course also finished on time and the sales person leonard was very supportive. I have rescheduled my training two times but never forced me to join like other big institute.
Everything was excellent. But only one bad things I found is they are conducting classes continuously for longtime only giving 1 hour break time . We need at least 3 breaks per class.
Sonali M was fantastic as a tutor.
She pitched the training at just the right level for our group of people. If we didn't get things quite right she would not only show us the right way but also explain why it was not correct.
Sonali took the training serious but added humors, which made the classes not only fun but not boring.
If all the tutors are like her then the company is definitely doing something right in their recruitment.
I would definitely recommend The training.
Negative- I got the exam voucher after two days of the training, I assumed I would take the exam on last day nobody inform me about this.
I attended HR Management Training & Confident Building Training, Leadership Training course in Jan 2024 with him for two weeks and the way he explained the things, listened to all delegates, given the attention to the questions of all delegates and described the things was incredible.
He shared various links related to the continuous learning, supplied examples to make learning process easy and all learners were very happy with him.
Highly recommended instructor as he understands the breath and depth of the industry, possess practical experience and knows how to create fun to make learning understandable for all.
People came from different backgrounds to attend the course and he accommodated all. Well done Danny, you will be an asset for any organisation and thanks for everything.
On the other side of the coin, Sprintzeal customers service and management team should be more accessible, Kudos to Sprintzeal Team.
They don't pay many instructors including me...They ignore replying inquiries regarding payment for training service provided... It's been more than 3 weeks without Sprintzeal being able to fulfil the payment obligations. This has happened to a number of their clients including the following
