Hopeless sight for new agents half the time their site is down on under maintenance cannot book tickets issues not solved helping agents are usless will not recommend anyone to use their services

4 days back I sent money to sionline company fo get uti id for pancard, they sent retailer agent id and uti login id but these are not working all times it will be show network error.i I trying cal to sionline distributour Shilpa she did not respose properly after giving ID. 2 ID's not working first of all these Id's notget login.

I m told problem from yesterday no one respose till now. I m feel very bad about this company now I am lose 500 rupees.

pls anyone dont try to get ID fom this company if u get you will definetly suffering

First I have wrongly transfered the value of Rs1200/- for retailer registration instead of pan card service customer service is told they donot refund the money

then I have deposited the money through imps Rs.300/- b ut they have adjusted Rs.118/- for cash deposit charges

I want to buy a plan for personal use. Before buying a plan company executive MR. VINAY ARORA said me that you only charged Rs300 for activation. He give me Distributor plan for personal use. He said that you can add money whatever as your usage. And after paid up of Rs 300. I add Rs 1000. He said that you add rs 4000 minimum then my I'd start you can do recharges. When I deposits Rs4000 . He said buy 5retailer I'd. He said me that Flat 3.20% on recharges and 6.00% on bill payment and 8% on flight booking and 10% on hotel booking. He give me incorrect information. Company give only 1-3% only on recharge and dish payment. I suggest do not buy any plan of company.

I had to be started work with online. I was called on si online on this 74 1266 0330.

Then Vinay Arora received my call. he tells me I will call you after sometime Vinay Arora call me and give information about the company, I want to make a retailer but Vinay Arora tell me you join as a distributor in only 999 rs and no extra charge and no charges of making retailer and provide me totally fake knowledge. And I joined to pay online 999rs by pay money.

And after that he transfers my call to other people, once a lady takes me, I tell now you upload 4100 rs in your wallet and you can start your work, I upload 4100 rs by sbi net banking. then she told me, you need to pay 3950 for activate 5 retailer key, after that you can start your work.

Like that this company block my 5100 rs, and the server of this site always down and not provide services to me that Vinay told in information, that was faked, I  also checked its have so many complaints in consumer forum and complaint board.
