I came to Shubh Jodi clearly hoping to be supported on profile matching for my brother, I received profiles but never get to be communicated to one. Even when in those minimal profiles sent - a positive feedback was not given; it did not result in communication and I use to follow up from my end.

I do not recommend shubh jodi to anyone, it's a fake company. Please do not waste your time or money & do not get influenced by the promises made of a large database or personalized customer service. While the people are good & kind in starting after a month or two they won't pick up your calls and if they do they were very rude like making money was there only motive, their service sucks. FRAUD!!!!

1. Promise more than what can be delivered

   
   




2. Adhoc dealing with clients, no system exists

   
   




3. Even if there is a system / process in place related to customer interaction, this is not maintained

   
   




4. Weeks go by without any communication

   
   




5. Relationship Manager assigned does not understand client profile.

   
   




6. Substandard quality of work demonstrated that requires constant follow up from the client

   
   




7. Lot of talk & expectations set that are not matched by action

   
   




8. Lack of good profile database

   
   




9. Service offered is disappointing
