I recently purchased a product from Saves Best.com and was incredibly disappointed with my experience. I was initially drawn to the website because the prices seemed to be the lowest I could find for the product I was looking for. However, after completing my order, I was met with nothing but frustration.
First, I was shocked to discover that the website had added a hidden shipping fee to my order. I had expected to pay the advertised price, not additional fees that weren't made clear during the checkout process. This was extremely misleading.
Second, when the product finally arrived, I found that it was not at all what I had expected. The product was of poor quality and looked nothing like the images on the website. In addition, the product had arrived significantly later than the estimated delivery time.
Finally, I had a difficult time trying to get a refund. I had requested a refund several times, but the customer service team was extremely unresponsive. It took me weeks to finally get a refund.
Overall, my experience with Saves Best.com was incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this website to anyone. The customer service was terrible, the products were of poor quality, and the hidden shipping fee was very misleading. Save
