I found about them from google and asked them to help me in getting a home loan. They told me that they are expert in filing loans and will help me in getting loan in 7 days. As my payment was due to builder in 8-9 days. They also lured me by saying they will give me a cash back on the loan fee charged by bank.
But, after they came to pick the cheque and docs from me, they never contacted me back. When I called them many times, finally on 7th day they told me that my papers are submitted to bank. However, I was promised that my loan will be disbursed in 7 days.
When I inquired bank, my documents were never submitted to the bank in last 15 days. After lot of phone calls, I was finally able to trace my file, but I have to pay my instalment to the builder from my pocket. After loan form is applied in the bank, there are lot of documentation need to be done and lot of stamp papers need to be printed and signed.
I called these people to get those papers etc done for me. But they never helped me in that. When I visited bank myself to do all those documentation, bank employee (that too a Government bank employee) was surprised to see me there and told me why don't your loan agent is doing all this. We pay a fee to those agents to help you in all these documentations. I was speech less....
Unfortunately, I have to visit bank 4-5 times and 3-4 times builder office to get all the paper work done, which was supposed to be done by these agents.
Finally, after a month when my loan was disbursed I enquired these people to give my cash back. But, they never gave any cash back too...........
So my suggestion to you is never get lured by these bogus people.....
