I booked it on 30 oct ahmedabad to shirdi... But in nashik we dropped from bus inform with due to technical issue with bus then in nashik we got non ac 3rd class category bus for shirdi in exchange.
When I booked return ticket where in app inform about Rs. 200 bonus per ticket but no bonus.. Even after complain to customer care inform about there is not possible even I share screen shot for same what app inform. And return bus is like a transport facilities from eagle bus operator.. Which not in good even I said govt bus is very good compare in bus running.

Bus arrived 2 hours late...very bad software for tracking and driver doesn't answer calls
Ones book the ticket then something went wrong then no one there to help you , except standard answer… no call centre no refund or change if you booked two hours in Advance you have no chance to get money back… this month Iost 7000/- +… its cheating I will put may full effort to get this in public avenues not to use this Redbus….

Very pathetic service by red bus. They did not refund my cancelled ticket since last 4 months.
They dont have direct number and customer care help from app is so much pathetic and frustrating that you can not report your issue of refund.

I booked from Dewas to BALAGHAt. They changed my previous bus. This bus is so shabby. Conductor misbehaved on questioning. Red bus is just looting people. The conductor said you booked via red bus that's why we changed the bus. Then why Nandan travels seoni is on redbus.
The journey was very good also the bus provides a food and water bottle and also the staf behaviour was co good
The fraud called REDBUS. I booked my ticket on redbus on V2K travels. Bangalore to Chennai. I wanted to advance it by a day. I had paid 1400. It mentioned no fee for date change. Finally, I was forced to pay another 450!!! I had to travel and I paid. The next morning fares were quoting 800/900. The travels were very polite when I spoke on this but REDBUS never bothered to address the issue. They charge exorbitantly. Never use this fraud. Till now no feedback.

Actually my dropping point is SRP TOOLS OMR road, Taramani.but they dropped in vandaloor stopping due to traffic I had such a hard time because of this . What are the chances that it is not going to happen again. Then What purpose you are charging ?
Samay shatabdi is best in the service from kanpur to gwalior and gwalior to kanpur. This bus service is more than 25 years old.
I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to hubalii on 17/10/2023 with in half an hour my schedule got changed due to some medical emergency and I had to cancel my ticket with in half an hour of booking but out of Rs. 945 /- only Rs. 472.5 was refunded deducting the cancellation charges. Those charges were too high which is really unfair, it was just a matter of half an hour. I had choose RedBus because of their concern and service to their customers but such a huge cancellation amount that to for short span disappointed me a lot.. I will think twice to take service from RedBus again.
I was booked tickets through REDBUS Neeldeep travels before 2 month, they said on journey date at 1:00 pm Bus is cancelled and payment will be refund, how can book another ticket on time, and if cancel from customers one day before they deduction 100%, why like this type ruls. This is first time in my life, i will not used red bus service and neither i will recommend to any one . i am certainly going to spread bad word of mouth.

1]They update one route and time but they will go in a different route and reach the destination time late. 2]They will book the confirmed ticket and ticket is cancelled by the operator as per his whims & fancies before the 24 hours of journey putting us into hardship.
I have booked ticket in Royal Travels from Srivilliputtur to Bangalore.
The details are as follows.
Dear Passenger, Your Bus details from Srivilliputhur to Bangalore on 18/10/2023 are PNR: 3468095, Bus No: TN-47 AM-8856, Driver details: Mathesh ., 978921xxxx, Kumar Rms, 887037xxxx- BITLA SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED.
Since the ticket count was lesser in 4 buses, they clubbed the seats to 2 buses in the midnight. People travelling with small babies and elderly had to wait on the roadside near Royal Travels office for one hour, untill the other buses reach the spot.
The drivers and workers of Royal Travels spoke very rudely to passengers who asked the reason for shifting the buses.
It was the worst experience. Suggest not to choose Royal Travels anymore.
Have a pathetic experience with Highway Star Travels & Crago on 15 Oct 2023. Bus was not available at Mori Gate, N Delhi Pick point even before half an hour. It was moved to Kashmiri Gate without any information and office was also closed. I took contact number from another travel agency and contacted them and reached to Kashmiri gate to pick bus up. After contacting them they immediately shared contact number to my whatsapp just before 15 minute of leaving. On complaining the same, bus staff's behavior was very rude and had no regret.
Worst experience ever from redbus , I booked my seat from Goa to banglore , the driver didn't call us at pickup point and left is , and when we called to enquire how much time it would take to reach the pickup point they said we already left ( no call from them) , we had to make so many calls as we got panic but they keep hanging out cals , some how after an hour they stopped at a place and we had to take own taxi for 1500 and when called redbus customer care they almost fraud they took a lot of time it's been 8 days now they keep telling some stories when ever we call , today I called to enquire and the customer care guy was soo rude on-call he said y did u book that particular bus also I said I will complain in consumer court his reply was yes you can do what ever you want , such rude response for waiting for 8 days , worst bus services , fraud customer care service staff . One should never book through this platform ever
Have a terrible experience with Maharaja tour and travels under red bus this time. Firstly I have to wait for like 1.5 an hour because they were late after that they don't offer us the blankets and water because they said they don't have it and after 2o clock in midnight they told us to change the bus because this bus will not go to the destination and when we reached our destination then I found they missed my luggage to that previous bus but when I ask the bus conductor then he keep blaming me that it's my mistake so when I call that person who is incharge (lucky)of that Maharaja buses he speaks very rude to me and not even guided about how can I take my luggage back so big big no to Maharaja travels.
I booked psr travels through red bus app on Tuesday bus at 9:15 pm( 10/10/2023). At 10:30 pm bus operator told it got cancelled a electrical lines caught fire asked me to reschedule for the next day
On 11th oct 2023 bus got delayed at origin for 2 hrs as driver was not available. I spoke to red bus support team as bus is delayed and didn't get cancelled asked me to wait and board the same bus. I requested and reconfirmed is it delayed for 2 hrs or more than that as I had important meeting the next day at office. In between bus got punctured and psr travels bus didn't have spare tyre they delayed for another 4 hrs due to this I reached my destination at 12 pm without having breakfast or lunch I reached my office at 2 pm because of this half day was loss of pay marked by my HR. I Trusted redbus and booked now they are saying as u have travelled there won't be any refund and no compensation. Redbus doesn't have any control on travels
I have seen an AC bus today with the cost of 1200, but after I booked the the tickets I got an non AC bus with the same route and nearly 1384 for non AC bus, when I try to reach customer no options given just they have Ai with faq
