I booked a bus via redbus as early as 3am. After running around trying to figure out if the bus is missed and profusely sweating got to know after innumerable calls that the service got cancelled without prior notice. They should have been a little more considerate towards updates. After this comes the issue of refund. Once they call me and say that I would recieve a full refund into my bank account and the same day they say charges will be deducted for booking the bus. I don't understand why customers should pay GST without availing the service. Simply they are deducting mediator charges and burdening customers. I'm so upset with this open kind of cheating.

I booked the ticket from Hyderabad L.B.Nagar to RAJAMAHENDRAVARAM Kotipalli bus stand. But bus driver with rude behaviour dropped me at lalacheruvu at 3.30 PM where no one is there on the road. Also, as you aware on the roads of RAJAMAHENDRAVARAM there is a blade batch team roaming around in the mid night which is life thread to me.. when I called to Bus operator he is also very rude and he said the mistake is mine.

I bought three tickets from Varanasi to Rae Bareli by redBus from Tulsi Travels. Varanasi Cantt to Rae Bareli was at 04:00 am on 21/11/2023. The bus runs on time. At 03:00 I asked the bus driver where the bus reached. So they say that the bus has gone beyond Rae Bareli. He drops me and my family at Bachhrawa, 35 km away, at 3:15 am. Neither the bus driver nor redBus gave me any information before I reached the station. I called the travel agent and redbus several times but no one received my call. I and my family were very upset with the service of Red Bus.

It was so bed experience that I'll never ever forget in my life. Please see my posted photos and videos.

They( bus person) forced us to come early at 8:59pm and said otherwise we will leave and go. We have rush from Porbandar to Somnath and driven at risky speed. Even our time was 9:30pm in ticket. We have to catch bus at their given time .??

Boarding person was behaving so rudely with us and it was embarrassing in public.


3.)


Bus conducter was behaving very badly as well and asking us get down if you don't like this and unfortunately we were not having any other options except this bus.


4.)


When we came inside and saw our berths it was so dirty and torn bed sheets.


5.)


Curtains are completely loosened and it was falling on head while sleeping.


6.)


No blanket are given to us whole Night we have suffer now. It's so bed.


7.)


Glass window next to me was shaking like anything and making horrible sound. This is what today redbus bus situation and Facilities. . We are so uncomfortable that we can't explain in Whole feedback. But we decided from today onwards not book through redbus Again and will not suggest this other as well.

Below are the concern


I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent bus service I experienced through redBus. I waited at the boarding point from 10:15 PM until 2:00 AM, but the bus never arrived. This left me stuck and helpless for over four hours in an empty area and I am returned to home.


As a loyal redBus customer, I am appalled by the lack of regard for my time and safety demonstrated by this bus operator. I request a full refund for my ticket and urge redBus to take immediate action against this operator to prevent such incidents from recurring.


I have substantial evidence to substantiate my claims. Firstly, I have the Ola cab history confirming that I used their service to return home from the boarding point. Secondly, I booked another bus ticket the following day through a different bus operator on redBus to reach my destination. This proves that I was double-charged for the same journey due to the error in redBus's system. This incident has caused me considerable financial hardship, as the journey was already costly for me. I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter.

Ashok bus service Delhi to katra

I had a terrible experience with this bus service. They gave us the wrong location for the bus, and we couldn't find it. When we called the agent, he didn't answer the phone initially. After some time, he gave us the driver's number. However, the driver disconnected our calls on purpose and kept saying he was at gate number 3, even though we were already there. We think he sold our tickets to someone else. We ended up taking an auto and reaching the location the driver described, but we still couldn't find the bus. We called the driver multiple times, but he was rude and kept disconnecting our calls. We gave the phone to a nearby person, who spoke to another bus driver and found out that we needed to go to a different bus. However, the seats on that bus were in poor condition and there was no space for our luggage. We were frustrated and decided to get off the bus and look for a different option. The experience was terrible, and we don't recommend this service to anyone.

This is Sreekanth Reddy, from Chennai yesterday night I booked my ticket in yolo bus for Chennai to Bangalore, unfortunately I booked ladies seat, and I called to redbus customer service (deekshika madam), I explained my problem after that she spoked with travel operater for arranging alternate seat for me , luckily travel operater also accepted to arrange alternate seat.thank you so much to deekshika madam.

Overall experience was very bad! I will never recommend Redbus or its Operator to any of my friends/relatives.

  1. Started journey not as per schedule(late start).

  2. Driver is not fit to ride vehicle during night. Was sleeping in between.

  3. Driver was using Tabacco continuously and spitting outside always opening driver side door.

  4. Vehicle was not in good condition(pest control not done).

  5. When asked to switch-on AC during night, driver said that he feels sleepy when AC is ON. Then why AC charges are taken from customer?

  6. Driver went out of route without informing customer. Hence extra kilometers(253 km) got added to overall trip and hence additional charges.

  7. Driver asked for extra night Batta. Intentionally driving the vehicle slow so that he can ask for extra Batta.

  8. Though vehicle had TV screen, but there was no provision of entertainment. No TV.

  9. The seat was very uncomfortable. Very small seats. No hand rests. No over-head luggage compartment.

  10. No transparency in toll expenses. Driver asked lump sum of Rs.2500 without any reason.

  11. A/c unit was leaking inside the Van.

Ticket cancellation Not allowed, Taking more than double charges for date change, no call or chat support, would not recommend booking from redbus as it is the worst platform to book tickets from.

Such poor and disgusting experience not arriving on time delay in reaching Hyderabad and also leaving us somewhere in outskirts of city.. charges were so high as if it's an flight and literally so poor with services no ac was working after asking manytimes no responses


I want my refund of 2400 i don't have freefund amount to pay u red bus due to ur poor services I will lose an important meeting nd when called customer support filthy PPL didn't connect to seniors

Is Redbus a fraud? Because I have book a ticket on 29 Oct by redbus app bus operator was yolobus. my bus timing was 9:55 p.m. I did all the terms and conditions and also made a payment online after some time he changed my bus timing without any confirmation and issued a new ticket for the bus time bus is 12:05. when I saw that message on my WhatsApp I called the number that would be given in the message but that number was not working. after that, I called the Redbus team and compliant the fraud and I took another bus to come back to Delhi but after almost 11 days every time Redbus customer care told me to provide proper details about my issue I already shared my ticket details with redbus customer care also I share my case id to. but I think redbus is also supporting Yolobus operators that why I think redbus is also a fraud company.

Totally disappointed. When I cancel tickets then charge me 540 which too much amount even when we tickets again they will not dedicate 540 or less. I totally disappointed with these all.


Recommend to people do not book from redbus.

My bus got cancelled n I was waiting for my bus in midnight but they didn't informed me I only called travel then I got to know this for that I complained red bus but they didn't help me n they didn't make efforts to refund my money their behaviour was very bad in phone terrible service by redbus don't use this app guys

I have experienced worst service from redbus.


I HV got my booking from Moradabad to lucknow on 2th of November at 11:16 and I didn't get any updates related to my bus contact no bus no and and even the boarding address in Moradabad till 12:00 o clock and when some how I was connected to upsrtc by toll-free number the told me my bus got cancelled.and for refund I had to contact redbus cause I booked my ticket from redbus. And redbus customer care told me that I had to wait for 10 days for resolution from upsrtc....


And I am very disappointed from red bus....


And please don't rely on red bus

Red bus is cheating customers.


Redbus is not worthy to go with flexi ticket, once flexi is opted the ticket cannot be cancelled and Redbus is making money by cheating customers


by showing all flowery words.


They are showing directions to talk to bus operator, and they cannot do anything, is this the right way to stop the cancellation of ticket
