Redbus don't do refund, playing with the customer. Very bad experience.

I booked bus ticket from Dharmshala to Delhi on 27/11/23 @ about 10.00am, App charged money and ticket not issued, saying money will refund in 14 hours. So I booked new ticket and in the evening, before 9 minutes to leaving bus, I got the message that my first bus is booked. Same time I called customer care. Till they not retuned my money and they closed my case, without informing me.

Very good service and staff is very humble bus cleaning is nice and I enjoy me journey this is my first experience in raj kalpana ??

Kochi to Hyderabad Bus

We had booked Kochi to Salem and by mistake booking in upper seat we requested for exchange lower seats because of climbing difficulty but inspite of having some vacant lower seats attendant did not change and he behaved very rudely . I exchanged my seat with one boy till Coimbatore then attendant came and told me to seat in back seat .if someone is coming in that seat we can talk personally but he behave like he is owner and told me this is luxurious vehicle so my point is that if this is luxurious then attendant should be well trained like flight attendant because Volvo sleeper bus ticket is almost same as flight. My experience is very bad although bus is very good and when some he stopped bus at washroom near when two- three persons wanted to go but my husband is in upper seat so taking time to come down for washroom attendant did not allowing .this kind of behaviour not acceptable in this luxurious bus.

Pathetic Service, driver and pickup man allowing more than 1 passenger in A/c sleeper seats. Stopped bus after 6 hours and informing passengers to relieve themselves in open

I yesterday (12/12/2023) 06.00pm like 14/12/2023 01.20 am I booked 13/12/2023 by mistake instead of I humbly request to change date no change no refund my amount so it looks like divorce for me and my husband very worst Experience ??????????????

I booked my tickets on ASHOK BUS SERVICE from lucknow to Delhi and ride was amazingly good and comfortable ??

I have booked a cab for 10.00 AM on 10th dec 2023, but I had made a mistake on AM and PM. I have selected 10 pm instead of 10 am. contacted customer service for re-scheduling the cab where they have answered simply they are helpless.

If you guys are helpless then why are you running this platform instead of shutting.

Worst service dont book any cab from your platform in future I have lost around 3500/-

I wonder how much free money they get everyday with these type of cases!

Poor experience, pathetic customer support, worse customer handling, Rude people and not recommended.

Had a worst Experience travelling from Chennai to Coonoor as the bus TN05CC1955 was old with no good maintenance it seemed. Self starter did not work so passengers had to push the bus to start, front windshield was with cracks. This bus ticket that was costly not a value for money or the Bus was Not worthy for money. The MD of the bus said, "sorry" on my call on 6th December 2023, which would not pain him much as already he got the money and no loss to him because of the poor conditioned bus. Passengers are taken for granted to earn their profits. The money what he earned from the bus was at the cost of passengers. If he is reasonable, some compensation should be given to those who lost their time and missed their appointments like me which costed a lot to them.

The Bus got 1st breakdown around 2 am and ran without AC suffecating until Ulunthurpet, it was said that dynona did not work and waited for about three hours outside bus at night. After 2 hours we were told that a spare bus has been arranged (not true it seemed but to make to make the passengers calmer. The MD said, it was a mistake or wrong information by YBM's customers support center) so the driver asked the passengers to get down. After getting down no spare bus came so our bus TN05CC1955 was repaired and we traveled by the same poorly maintained bus. After 2 hours of running the bus from Ulunthurpet after replacing the dynamo, the bus was stopped because one of the back tires bursted - 2nd breakdown. The tire was a retread tire. When I spoke to the MD of YBM he mentioned that the tire was due for change and he was responsible for not changing when reported but he blamed the driver saying that he did not drive carefully. Thus again we were delayed because of replacement of tire. So in total the bus was late by around 4 plus hours to reach Coonoor. I was told by another passenger that the bus was used by her family recently and it broke down so the passengers were sent by other bus. Thus YBM uses a bus which is not in good condition though it has run on hills which is a high risk to the passengers. High cost ticket, No proper communication to the customers and poor maintenance and rude response by one of the drivers are some of the problems faced in the bus TN05CC1955 on 4 Dec 2023. Important meeting has been missed. No compensation financially.

Traveled from Chennai to Coonoor on 4th December 2023 in bus TN05CC1955 -YBM Travels ticket cost was Rs.1890. This was not a normal price too.

MUMBAI CENTRAL TO MAHABALESHWAR TODAY BUS 6 DEC IS VERY THIRD CLASS BUS. WASTE OF MONEY TRAVEL MSRTC BUS .SEAT QUALITY IS VERY BAD NO FACILITY SERVICES

SCAM & FRAUD The conductor was fist fighting with a passenger in the bus, he slapped the passenger and punched him.

This is my first experience with red bus and I would say the worst experience ever, we never received any details regarding the bus number or contact number of the bus driver, after calling customer support she was just making excuses asking me roam here and there I did what she said even after checking with help desk at bus stop we did not get any help at all and the lady of customer service asking me to wait 15 20 mins after the bus departures timing which I waited but did not receive the detail neither got a call back, she denied for the refund as well.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH RED BUS I AM NOT GONNA RECOMMEND THIS.

Bus No UP78JN2916. Unsafe Driver, using mobile while driving. Had a girl sitting behind him who was constantly chatting with him. I had to request repeatedly for safe driving, . Unclean Interior, Bus stopping every few KM after starting from Lko to pick wayside passengers. but did not stop near a wayside amenity with toilets, midway. Casually picked passengers were seated on Bonnet . unsafe travel. will not use Raj kalpana buses again.

Worst aap not getting proper help I lost my money no one is there to help asked for refund as I did not travel but from 6 days not getting a single call. I m having a bad experience

I have booked bus ticket from Mathura to Gorakhpur , bus name Gorakhdham Express PNR: 302569881-3199433), Ticket number (TIN): C8583DD3. But the bus driver was very pathetic , he was not receiving the call neither he call back and I have tried multiple times but he blocked my number and when I called him from my parents number he didn’t even listen to us what we are asking and he directly blocked our number, and after few minut I received an email stating the bus ticket got cancelled and that to they have mentioned that we have asked to cancel the ticket and on top of that they did not even refund the amount of ticket yet and it’s 1st of December , the ticket was cancelled by them on 24th of November

2023 .

Please see the attached proof and please do not do this again with others.

I had booked my ticket through redbus on 24/11/2023 from Davangere to Coimbatore on Ravina Travels. The bus was supposed to reach by 3.05 pm and the bus reached the boarding point at 7.45 pm. The bus details shared from Redbus was wrong and they had send 2 different bus details from which i had to search and identify through which bus i should travel. The birth allotted to me was used by someone else and he had made it worst which i had to manage till bangalore. At bangalore they dropped me at 12midnight and confirmed that there wil be a cross over bus from Bangalore to coimbatore. I waited till 3.45am for a bus and no bus was arranged and no response on phone from bus operator. Somehow i had managed to travel my own from bangalore to coimbatore paying extra fare for that trip. Now Even redbus or Ravina travels have no response on this. Redbus should close this platform and leave this business if they dont know how to serve the customers. Very pathetic service and business model. Never ever book the tickets through redbus.

I have booked a ticket at 6.30PM on 25 Nov 2023, I have made a mistake on date selection due to night timings of the bus travel, I have selected 26th instead of 27th, contacted bus operator & customer service for re-scheduling the ticket where they have answered simply they are helpless.

If you guys are helpless then why are you running this platform instead of shutting.

Worst service dont buy/book any tickets from your platform in future I have lost around 1300/-

Only thing I want to clarify with redbud is am I booking for redbud or redflight to have tickets worth ₹1500 above, 2500 above and so on? Only if it reduces this back to normal rates as it did before almost a year, i would again continue with this or else I would suggest anyone not to opt for this not bcos of greater cost alone, even if anyone’s capable of paying so still if u abstain from booking it only a loss will happen to it.

24 November 2023 ..I book Ahmednagar to. Ichalkaranji nakoda bus MH 09 CV 1134 . Some drinkers are there.. all bus there are very bad smell smoking and drinkers..also splits on seats ..chingum are on window.and curtens ..also blankest are too much bad .. ticket rate is high .
