Rail ticket still in PQWL. Booked for 4k and receding only 3k for canceling an unconfirmed ticket.

I booked the Bus Rs.3000 cost of 3 Seats from Chennai to Coimbatore on 1 Aug.24 , Bcoz of unavoidable Situation Father in law Death on the same day in my Native. I couldn't travel on that day. Tried to cancel amount but not. Called A1 travels, Customer care Number but not get a proper answer from travels and Red bus app. They cheated finally.

It has happened twice that I have to complain about the refunds of cancelled ticket. I cancelled the ticket on 23rd of july and today it is 2nd august, I didn't get refund.
This policy will not let you be successful in future. Be genuine. I cancelled 2 seats out of 8. They deducted money too, but still didn't provide me refund. They have set the ratings for at least 3 star. Hell it is.
I don't recommend booking by redbus.
I had booked to fro tickets to Nashik due to unavoidable circumstances I had to cancel boththeticket before the scheduled departure but more than 20% was deducted for my onward journey
Red rail trip gurantee is a worst service and full scam.

I booked a ticket from hubli to bangalore.But redbus ate my hardearned money.Boycot redbus-boycot boycot boycot.To make their company profitable redbus is eating peoples hardearned money.Immediately after booking i had to cancel it for some urgent personal reasons.When i tried to cancel it redbus dint allowed it to do so.While booking i checked cancellation policy of national travels and it mentioned that if cancellation is done within 0-4 hrs of booking-100% refund will be given.But redbus said its bus operator policy.After checking with national travels they said we give refund but as its done by redbus its redbus policy.So its clear redbus has no intension of retaining its customers it just by fraud eats peoples money.Redbus Totally blocked for life.Never suggest to use redbus.

I once booked a but to Chennai from Hyderabad using red bus , the bus was a Volvo from zing and the bus arrived 2 hours late at pickup and when asked about it the person incharge with us said he doesn’t know anything and is new to his job and later while travelling the driver had to hit sudden brakes due to some issue and there was a lot of smoke observed inside the bus cause of the braking when we contacted red bus they said they are not responsible and asked us to contact authorities of zing bus when we contacted them they said they can’t do anything about it as they booked the bus from red bus and not there website . In the end my friend ended up reaching late to his college interview and the college refused to attend to him .
The travels has cancelled my madurai to kozhikode bus . Redbus has nt sent me any updates till the time of biardng
Took 2000/- for single seat sleeper assuring 2+1 leg space in sanjay travels…. But allotted smallest single seat . Sanjay travels looted through redbus
I had travelled from Aurangabad, Maharashtra to Bhilai(Chhattisgarh) and back on 29th June 2024 and return on 3rd July 2024. I had booked the travel trough Redbus.com and the services were horrible. No customer service support, very diffictult to connect with them and not ready to help and support or talk to the bus operators.

Royal bus was very dirty, Lenin/bed sheet were bad, Cleanliness of bus by pathetic, Light not working, Mobile charging ports not working, A/c vent broken,
Bus stopping locations chosen by Royal bus were of no standards I will rate them as 0.5 Star, Ladies and Gents washroom(toilets) were so bad that you cannot even enter the toilets. Food quality is bad
I had decided not to use Redbus and New Royal Travels(Raipur) bus in future.

Redbus is very very very bad website. Don't ever go for it. It is not having any proper coustomer care services. It's just waste of money and time
I have been traveling by Red Bus for last 3 years and Red Bus has never disappointed me.
red bus is better than government buses.
I booked Gurgaon to Dehradun bus. Pickup was late by 30 mins which is understandable. Total pickup points in delhi around 10. Bus left from Delhi at around 8:30PM. The bus boy is says it will reach dehradun at 4 am and it's normal trend in bus. No big deal for them.
Fraud, red bus is cheating by creating scam offers.
I have booked train tickets in redbus at seat guarantee option.When IRCTC is not sure for ticket confirmation how could this idiots give assurance seat guarantee option.I am very frustrated about this scam.
Booking in seat guarantee option these idiots give 3x refund but their is terms and conditions which you can't utilise the offer.
