When I searched passport seva kendra to renew passport somehow in the search this website came first and I paid 2500 rupees for 1000rupees passport renewal fee for my kid. They use the similar website name and cheat people. I paid on 23.9.20 and I got a pdf detail to check after 3 days. I just wondered and called that number to find out whether it's an agency

But call wasn't picked by anyone and no further reply for the msg too for about 12 days. I kept on trying to call the number but in vain. I messaged that going to give cyber crime complaint, then after 6 hours, I got a booking appointment. They cheat people . Why should I pay 1500rs extra when I do all the online work. I was really stressed out as there wasn't any reply for 12 days. No one should get cheated with this kind of fraudulent websites. Even in DTP centres, to fill everything they charge only 300rs. I really want to bring this to notice in a public forum.
