Has anyone heard from them via emails or phone? Their one number 91-11-45980000 has been terminated. No mails from past couplr weeks. no response from them thru mail or phone. wanted to transfer domian Auth codegenerated but not received. Does not allow to regenrate. any suggestions pls.

I am a reseller with Net4

I bought a new domain and hosting .

Hosting access is not available and nobody is there to help me since 20 days!

Their call no 01145980000 has no response at all. I called them 100 times.

No response on customer care email also

Net4 lack technical people. They do not understand the urgency. Pathetic is the right word for Net4. Please beware when you get service with these people. You will repent. Go with reputed hosting companies who has automated and provide solutions better.

My CRN number is 000881115.

I purchased a hosting on 3rd May 2017. For the whole day I spent my time in setting up the Database. It was very very very slow. I called them, and their customer service was very poor and rude.

The next day my client moved away from me because of the Net4's hosting and their service. So I called Net4 on the very next day 4th May 2017 and told to cancel and asked for refund. They said okay the hosting will be cancelled and refund will be decided by finance team.

After that I called them thrice, they told me to wait as they dint get any updates from finance team. My 1034 is gone.! Net4 is just a group of gundas who eat pple money

Now I have paid Rs.1034. I definitely need refund for this.

I am approx. 10 years old customer of net4 and very much satisfied with their services. I found Domain price some higher than other companies, but the hosting prices are very cheap. I have tried many other companies hosting, but not satisfied with them. I agree it takes more time than other for renewing domains, but the domains are safe. I think they are very flexible in terms of hosting. They are providing a small hosting pack of 250 mb for static sites at very cheap price, which no other company is giving. I will definitely recommend net4 to all.

Such a bad service i've never seen this before. They are using website as a transparency but all things are handing by manual. After the domain renew payment, they show still pending. After a call and inform them. they take a action. Such a irritating service.

They're taking so much time when i'm apply my domain to another registrar. I've expected this thing. Guys, please save your time and don't go with this company. No customer support in night. They support only in working hours. So, you can't call them in night on urgent basis.

Worst Hosting service, In a Week  at least 4 days the hosting server will be down. You can check this live example at https://unnathi.in/forum.

You will only have time to raise your tickets for solving the problem. It may work for one day, then the same story repeats again.

Don't deal with this provider, support is so pathetic!

I have very bad experience with the net4.in domain service provider.Their staff is not knowledgeable and their support is of no help. I had transferred out  domain name and these people were not approving the transfer to my gaining registrar. My gaining registrar had sent them 4 emails in 6 days but these fellows did not approve the domain transfer.

Their staff is just useless. When I contacted their staff to know the status of my domain transfer, their staff told me that the domain has already been transferred and I should ask my gaining registrar about it. He made this statement without even checking that they had not even approved the transfer request of the gaining registrar. Later the same person says that the domain is still with them and will be transferred soon. They were never ready to comit when the transfer would be done. They kept on lingering the matter till the domain expiry date.

If you are dealing with net4.in, it’s a big risk for you.Net4.in is a third class service provider. Never book a domain name with them. They do not even update the whois details and do not approve domain transfer. They do not respond to you with proper and confirmed answer if you raise ticket to their support service. You will keep on spending time and money on sending emails and contacting them by telephone, etc.

Very unreliable service. If you have any services with them I strongly suggest that you immediately remove these to a better and reliable service provider before its too late and you repent.

If you are not using their service you are a lucky person.
