I wanted to invest my savings in mutual funds and not in RD or DBD bank accounts but had no idea on how to invest in Mutual funds. As I live in remote area of Himachal pradesh we don't have many offices or firms here to help us invest in Mutual funds. And then one day I came across their zipsip advertisement on television and found what I was looking for.

Then I applied online for a SIP plan and further they called me back and helped me understanding mutual funds and also did my KYC through video confrencing. You just have to send ECS Mandate and one cancelled cheque for initiating ECS on your linked account.

Rest all formalities can be done through online correspondence. And before opening mutual funds account with myuniverse please make sure you have internet banking as they initiate first payment through internet banking only.

Extremely bad experience, hopeless bunch of folks at the customer care. They would never call me on the scheduled time for the KYC but kept cold calling me during office hours despite of multiple request not to. Everyday I receive some 5-8 calls from these folks and I have to block the number. Very pathetic! Now I am struggling for months to get my account deactivated.

Please dont even think of trying this, there are other options available online.

I invested here thinking that it will ve a very good investment of money amd time .I was not expecting to get such a disappointing and hopeless experiance .Not knowing what will be the next worst thing experianced by me.

Whenever try logging into my account it shows someone else's information and account which is really not good as your information is not safe.They only run behind you till subscription and then they will not care nor will pickup calls or inform you about anything .

The call services are also really bad and the person you talk to are comepletely hopeless neither they will tell you the hold time nor they will be able to answer anything asked.

I thought this will be a good woking environment to work and to grow my money but it turned out to be tottally useless.I will not recommend anyone at all to fall for their trap and stay away.

Myuniverse.co.in is known to me at the time of great online shopping festival. then I opened account in this site for the first time. they gave promise regarding the security of our finance details. For that reason I starting for investing in mutual funds. I checked almost many big companies are offering them. I chosed the best one by the portfolio given on this site.

It is still time to sell my bonds after two years. but I am checking the price I awould get daily. by gods grace my rate is increasing better. I am happy with the support this site has given me. this is recommended to serious investors.

This is a company through which you can invest. They concept is good but there is hardly any co ordination among their departments & finally the investor ends up with lots of frustration.

I had a very bitter experience recently with them where they had goofedup with my bank account details.Matter is not getting resolved even after writing to them & talking to them many  number of times. Can be avoided if there is someone else who is more reliable & better.

Myself opened account with myuniverse in a month of September.  I received call from myuniverse CC and asked to take membership. I took that membership immediately. and afterwards I got call from a person so called adviser(?). Without knowing whether my branch MICR is enlisted in list of myuniverse he asked me to invest into it. later on I generate ECS through their online software and sent to them.

I got call them after delivering that ECS saying that your branch MICR is not enlisted into their database, so we opened another account with AXIS bank and send them confirmation letter saying that branch has ECS facility. Even though we approached to branch manager. He is laughing towards us. and said they have ECS facilty and provides us confirmation letter of ECS facility at their branch. I sent it on oct 13. But no reply has came from myuniverse.

After sending a email I got call from ashish pal and ashwini madam. Ashwinin madam said carry ECS mandate to Axis and take verification stamp on that and send it back to them. we are unable to download to that ECS before adding bank. and even already we have sent ECS facilty confirmation letter from bank why we should send ECS+verification stamp back to myuniverse.

Very bad customer care. once we opened account they are not responding them. One of cc sanket very bad language and he is not able guide us properly. Infact few are their.

Muniverse, due this I want to close my account. and never advise to open account with you.

Firstly I had know about that website when google online shopping festival(GOSF) runs, at that time they gives me rs 300 for free in my bank account as the promotion of their website, myuniverse.co.in also known as aditya birla money, who promises to manage and save money in their professional way, recently I take systematic investment plan(SIP) from myuniverse.co.in, at that plan I must to pay rs 10000 monthly and after 30 years they promises to me to pay 14 crore and something, I know about that plan by a myuniverse.co.in promotional email, when I read about that SIP I feels it as a very good financial plan, so I took that plan, and now I pay 10000 rs monthly.

The Aditya Birla Money My Universe is the worst portal to do transaction and it is a total waste of money. The sales people Chase till the subscription is over after that they do not help in any way and the website is also crap with unfriendly browsing.

I recommend people to avoid at any cost. I have never seen or experienced such a shameful training of 1 month really waste of time no customer service no options for investing please don't be a fool like me thinking aditya birla has good work environment or it will help you to save and grow your money last but not the least once again very shameful!

I am 29 years old, and start investing in a SIP, so I chose my universe, but trust me that is the worst decision, I have made to in my investment move. When I click on my profile, on that page It is displaying someone Else's personal information.

I have contacted the customer service chat line, and the customer service is completely hopeless, as they do not mention the hold time, nor they respond until you type multiple times, and finally they gave me a call, and I informed them of the issue, and it seemed like a minor issue that I was able to view some one else's information, and they assured me that it is a one off case, but I have had enough, and I asked them to close my account, and give me a refund of my pending investment.

She told me that I need to send an e-mail to close the account, which I did on the same day which was a Saturday, she told me trading would open on Monday, and it will be processed, on Monday I was shocked to see the pending charges processed, and I have contacted the same person, she gave me vague answers, and told yes you are correct, but they have processed it, and I wanted to know why they have processed when you told me it is pending and a refund will be given, she immediately gave the phone to someone else, and he told me that I am sorry and I apologize on her behalf, and if I were you I would feel the same too, and all the scripted cr*p.

Then he told me she forgot to send the e-mail that I sent to the back end department casually, and even though the mistake is on their end, said the refund cant be issued now, and the best option is a folio transfer, and looking at this, if a small issue is handled like this, people please think what happens to your investment if you are investing for a long term and they play these gimmicks by simply saying I am sorry, I understand you are upset and play games with people's investment, please avoid and if you want to try out for yourself, invest small amount like 300 and contact customer service and check of yourself, and I conclude by saying, Aditya birla pull your socks up, or you are going to shut this pretty soon.

I am a customer of Aditya Birla Money - Broking Account. They lured me offering one of the cheapest broking rates. I was gullible & signed up on the face value. Later I realized the trap I've gotten myself into.

1) The so called 'competitive rates' were applicable only above a certain trade value & even that was very high (atleast ~ 35000/trade for delivery based), otherwise they had a minimum brokerage that you will have to pay. (This was hidden & not told upfront from their sales guy)

2) For every trade they are charging some arbit 10 rs for DMAT account. I was not paying that with my ICICI Direct Account.

3) They imposed an arbit charge of 750 Rs on my commodities broking account when I was told that this account is going to be free lifetime & there is no charge

4) There guys keep me calling - Sir aaj yeh lele aapke account me - yeh stock badhega etc. I was shocked coz I  never gave any permission to them to trade on my behalf or I never asked for their suggestions. Whenever there is money lying in my account - they used to give me a call. Once I acted on their recommendation but the action did not yield any result and the stock came down within 1 month

5) Their call center setup is probably the worst I have ever come across. All of those guys have predominantly crude south Indian accent. Their knowledge about the AB Money or broking business is probably less than my mother. Those guys were never trained as how to speak with a customer. Guys did not know about what a NCD is. Infact the system does not allow you to trade in NCDs. WHAT A SHAME!!!.

6) UI does not have a portfolio feature. It's a pain to track your gains and losses. Though their is a feature for IPOs but screen shows blank even when good IPOs were open. I never expected this kind of unprofessional service from such a reputed AB Group. The company does not stand to those standards. Please stay away from Aditya Birla Money.

I say AB Money in Bangalore is a big fraud company. My self and my husband had invested in the company around 1.7 years back (3.25 lakhs). From the beginning there was no profit and only loss. After 3-4 months the broker did not show proper interest and my amount underwent only losses.

After around 5 months the broker absconded and the trading account got blocked. After this we went to AB money Banglore branch office who did not respond to us properly and Simlly gave some answers and postponed the things.

After some days they told that a complaint has been registered with SEBI against the broker and once the case is closed, we can recover the amount.

The case was closed in favor of us. But till date the company has still not paid us the amount. They are playing with us and our lives.

We have registered a an informal complaint in the police station, but the company people are giving one or the other reason and escaping every day, I don't know how to deal with this, Can any one help me out...

Aditya Birla Money have robbed me of Rs 15, 00, 000. These guys have launched a concept based product known as Options Maxima. This concept was designed to take benefit of nifty movements. These guys guaranteed me a 1.5% return per month but from the first day of investing in this product I was losing money.

I have already lost Rs 15 lac and there is no one to take responsibility. My relationship manager has left the job.with the crying eyes do not trust Aditya Birla Money they work like Marwari's, the professionalism is missing in these guys.
