I have been using myitreturn.com for IT filing. So far was not facing any problem, the moment there was support required from the service team, their response was non existent. Due to which I became defaulter this year, return could not be filed on time. Better to go with genuine sources for filing than to depend on myitreturn.com where personalize support is there. myitreurn.com team do not respond to the service ticket, utter pathetic.

I paid for Assisted filing service and they were in touch with me regularly until they got me paid for the service. After that they will ask to upload documents and that is very much itttttt.

No more responses, no more filing and even the representative stopped picking my call.

Looks like I have been cheated of my money and would like to warn everyone else not to get into this fraud.

They are not serious about customer's queries, time and money

I filled all detaild and paid service charge on or before dead line given by IT department but review process not happed in time paid second time service charges( really cheating no updates in system about my payments) now 5k penality added under review what support team saying is bnot visbile on system sinerly saying dont go with this service

I had no problems filing return with myITreturn.com. I did it myself. It's well explained and easy to use. Customer support was prompt too.

Don't use it in last 15days.

File nahi karenge in due date. Customer care just do an auto reply. No human will talk to you.

After making the payment for tax filing, the status of my tax return showed- in review by system. I kept waiting for minutes and hours and even after a day- its still not fixed. Now its asking me to contact support which I had already done. There is no human available for chat or call, I submitted two requests at their site. No response so far. In second request I asked for money refund- no response. What kind system is this which takes a day to check and why it happening after making payment?

See the email attached. Their auto reply comes after 5 days and ticket closed after auto reply.

This is the worst site this time. I have tried filing my IT returns thru this site. They failed to file it on top of it, they made me pay 2 times. Both times it failed. I sincerely advise you not to use this site. Till now neither they did not respond nor they did not return my money.

Those new. Please save your time , money as deadline is near. These cheaters are everywhere.

I tried to file ITR but they simply not able to do this.

After nearly a decade of using MyITReturn, with at best a spotty track record, this year I hit a slew of problems, with IMPORTANTLY no one to reach and no response to my queries. My and my wife's tax returns were screwed up so bad, I now have to run around fixing it myself They don't call back or even respond to emails or their "new" WhatsApp site. I'm at a wits end, and have told them so, yet they have never reverted. It's frustrating to see such pathetic service.

Have been using them for several years without issues but this year having a horrible experience.

Taxes were filled on their website several months ago. They are unable to upload to IT Website, unable to share JSON for DIY.

No way to get to human and get support, money is paid to them so it will be double charge.

After payment of charges the customer care vanished. I had booked their services for filing my ITR. The return was marked as defective but again there was no response from the team.

A new platform in market helped me with my return. Although they charged a nominal fee of 1500 for ITR service was good and all along CA helped me with my issue.

Request you all to be care full when you are mainly paying the fees for the Tax e-filling in myITRetun.com. Their payment gateway is not safe. I had paid the filling charges through my ICICI debit card. It was successful. The problem started when they started deducting the fee amount through auto debit every month from my ICICI account, This became recurring issue and nearly for 4 months amount got deducted.

ICICI bank customer care said they can't block any transactions from this site because they are not bothered as it is not their money. Finally I had change my ICICI debit card for which ICICI bank levied charges.

I raised the issue with myItReturn.com multiple times and they did not respond back. They just gave me a ticket number(#526855) and till date they have not take the responsibility of refunding the same.

Finally I had to apply for a new ICICI debit card to change.

As this related to financial transactions on my bank account. I am not able to share the snap shot for obvious reasons.

I have initiated their assisted service on 28-July and till today i.e. 16-July, i still didnt get any response from them regarding suggestion or total tax i need to pay.

Until i paid Rs.3k to them through UPI, they were regular and were communicating to me through their chat window and via telephonic call. But after the payment all the response i get is " We are working on your case". Please note this is happening for more than 2 weeks irrespective of my follow up every 2 days.

Conclusion, they will treat you as a king of their kingdom until you pay the fees. Once the payment is complete, you are their slave. Despite repeated communication and follow up, all you get is "we are working on your case"

Better find a friend with experiance on this or CA in your inner circle to best take advice on tax matters.

My sincere advice is to not trust this platform

I have filled tax return with Myitreturn and they never responded with any update on the filling in spite of followups done.

I have been charged multiple times on the credit card for the fee for filling return. I raises a complaint on site and no response for a week now . I don't know what to do neither I am aware of my status of tax filling. Very Very bad portal with No Service.

Very unprofessional. Online filing of return has caused wrong computation and filing inspite of giving minute

details and documentary support including 26 AS. This has happened after paying the stipulated service charge of 750/-.

The return was rejected due to obvious error which was ignored by the great experts of MyITreturn. On asking for advice and submitting a rectified return, I was asked to pay another 2000/- as the service, is extremely disappointing. They have kept quiet on a request to refund earlier payment of 750/-.

They have not responded positively since they have no professionals and their action as enumerated already tantamount to online cheating.

All to take care please and not to fall prey to their design.

Response to the queries is very poor. No support is provided for not getting it return. I don't recommend them to anyone

Seems there are no professional to support , I waisted my money for filing through this portal/app, which went in to wrong filing. I try to reach out support, no responses, tried with WhatsApp chat to sort out my wrong filing issue, no use. I decided not to file in future with this portal. Good bye
