They promised class notes in end of every session but they do not provide the notes as promised. And on top of that there are revision notes in the website which is very poorly made and very bad. overall this study app is very bad as they dont give the features promised when they call you to buy the premium membership. I do not reccomend this website for studying. Their customer service chat box also doesnt work at all so we cannot ask anything to them through the website. overall this website is horrible and I give it a 1/10

I have bought there membership for clearing doubts, and they never disappointed me. Earlier when I was searching for answers I came to know about this website, they haven't offer any free solution which is I think a wrong, I was bit hesitated to buy subscription, then I read some reviews of them and people said it is worth buying. They should have given a few trial questions. Now it's been 5+ months, I am there premium member. They provide detailed solutions to the questions and in very little time. Only flaw I noticed is that sometimes they just copy the solutions from toppr or chegg and then they doesn't explain it as well.

Bahot bekar aap hai students ko end time pr bolte hai hum pura syllabus krvayenge, jb bhi join kro starting se hi start krvayenge. Or jb maine join kiya tb stating ka kuch bhi ni krvaya. Bs admission ke liye jhuut bolte hai. Bahot bekar aap hai ye bs jhuut bolte hai.

I purchased a board plus neet meritnation subscription for 38000 but after I took it as the dealer claimed it was not good enough for my exam preparation soon I realized I have been looted I tried contacting costumer care services but they took 18 days to take a single call by the councelor all this while my time was wasted now when I taked to the councelor he was so stubborn that he didn't even listen to me and was trying to manipulate me, he was such a barbaric person that he even said " Maine galti kar di aap se bat karke " Now what I am supposed to talk to such a person very bad company and product I would not suggest anyone to fall in this crap they will not help you but rather increase your burden to watch force those time waste live class bad faculty everything is bad total waste of time I opt for refund but they are very stubborn and pathetic

They sold me an 80, 000 Rs package saying that it was a premium live batch of only 25 students for the 11th and 12th grade and that it will be an interactive session with cameras being active on the student and teacher side . After I payed the amount, the customer care called to confirm the package that I had enrolled for . They said that it was a batch of 90 students and that the students can ask doubts only through a chat window. I had clearly mentioned to the sales people that I was looking at an interactive session with small number of students and they promised me that .

after this I wrote many mails to the sales people and the customer care but did not get reply to a single mail.

please do not get trapped and would 100% not recommend them as they do not have any professional attitude once you pay your money.

I have a Meritnation app and premium subscription of 60, 000 and with it I get a hp Pro 8 voice calling tab.

The app have many features but its not in simple english or hindi so it's a very big problem in this app we have features like chapter that toipcs come in neet exam that provide us in standard english which is not a understandable its difficult to understand and in the live class teachers also teach us in standard english that's not to understand us .

The features of the apps as below:

In front we get a option of subjects and in that get a feature of chapters . When open chapters so we have a feature of videos , concepts , live classes , popular questions , board paper questions , and test option we have .

Its a very nice feature but the Meritnation have another many problem thats I face like internet problem in live class , late response or didn't responce from teacher in live class and some tearcher that gone angry when ask a doubt or say explain one more time . This is a huge problem and in live class there are many students get and when I purchase a subscription course so they say me only 40 students in one class but in one class there a 500 plus students so its a lie truth of Meritnation .

In Meritnation website its a good studying but only have a one problem the teacher studying in proper English and they take a many holyday in Meritnation because of its a online website or app so we cant take a another class on holyday so I have a wrost experience .

But the teachers teach nice and the students also nice in class and some students come who didnt understand english and take a course so its a vert bad for him because of the Meritnation is not give a subscription money return and the dont give a nice teaching like not give a some useful study material and concept videos .

I have a wrost expencive .

They say it has conceptual content which means a topic is written so short we can’t understand. the videos provided are of 2 mins which are so basic you already know that. They don’t have services on iOS devices. I would have accepted the subscription but 60000 are not worth it. Little did I know . Useless app . They said we will provide the demon ID first but they first demanded 23000 then they started n now they deny to return the mon

I purchased a monthly subscription of doubts and chats....after a day I find an expert mentioning that only till 12th level questions can be asked on doubts on chat......the website and app didn't mention any such clause during the purchase.....now they are not providing any answer nor reimbursing my money..... Meritnation says they don't have any reimbursement policy......this means they have plans to mislead cheat and fool students and parents but they don't have any susbtitute to handle it.......this shows the limitations of Meritnation that with 5000 rs subscription they are unable to handle jee doubts..... whereas other online portals provide this feature for free......now since they know they cannot serve the competition they resort to cheat people

Haven't seen an organisation to be so pretentious. They first attracted us with all their so-called "amazing product", told that we will be provided with the best information with revision notes, concepts, assignments, test, etc. in all the subjects.

However, they hid the fact that all of these would not be provided for Social, English and Hindi. These fake promises were all they could sell.

Just after two-three days of purchase of the package we realized that many of these features were not available. After calling numerous times, asking to resolve the query, they paid no heed and when we demanded to return the product and get the refund, all they could say were the words'no refund available'.

Even the revision notes and assignments that were provided earlier are not accessible now.

To top it all, the customer care and the salesperson(who sold this product to us) have different responses for our queries which are conflicting.

I recommend not to trust this fraud organisation and don't fall in its trap of sweet poison.

I am writing this to you after getting disappointed by the behaviour of your staff.

I have purchased your package last year somewhere around Sept. 2019, but since oct-nov I am continously writing and having words with the staff that I don't want to continue the package as I am not satisfied with the services.

I was astonished to recover that there is a clause, which we were not told by the executive who registered us for the package.

My daughter got promoted to class 10 in the month of Dec. Itself and we have Barely used the product, which you can also verify from your sources.

Now bajaj finance is behind our blood and threatening us for the consequences, you tell us where we are at fault.

This is how you loot the people, without not giving full information about the process.

I am expecting to hear from you with positive reply else I have to take legal action and will have to take help from legal authorities about this education mafia.

Hi Meritnation,

First of all I don’t think you are so serious about your services and promises made by you.As promises made by your executive on the call that “N” number of doubts can be taken in a session

is fake , where as your experts just waste time of a student .. you promises a sesison of 20 mins where as expersts are active for 11 minutes

where as next 8 minutes are waste so accordingly we waste 80 mins a day for 10 sessions approx equal to 4 session , .. Is this the way your edutech company running??? Or this the service or fake commitments you make to every cx??? After addressing this issue to you you guys are so ignorant that even no replies are found from your end on the mail..I think the same recordings are provided to you on mail also ....

I took the course as Parampreet frim sales promised me there are video concept lessons for all subjects. After paying money I realised videos are only for maths and science. Social studies content is barely two page of definitions which is sketchy and will not help. I am trying to contact them for 2 weeks. But they just keep passing my calls. Customer service is useless. So I lost my money as content is very less. Try toppr. I should have spent my money there
