Not refunding Nor providing the crates

Paid for 6 months subscription for my 2 kids they cited the pandemic issue and sent only 1 crate each have been chasing them for a refund and they have not responded despite chasers please don't trust them with your subscription and advance payment!

I had enrolled 2 of my kids with Magic crate for the 6 month HOT program and 6 month Chess and had gone for a monthly EMI option to cancel and get the refund whenever I dont like it.


I have been promised 1 magic crate kit every month for each of my kid. which I never received despite me talking to multiple people and countless followups.


Now that the 6 monthly HOT is over and had concerns with the classes which wizclub is atleast trying to solve, however magic crate has give me deaf ears.


Post the HOT program, CHESS was supposed to start. My annual EMI is getting deducted from past 2 months continuously from past 2 months, without any connect from Magic crate about starting the classes


I have asked them to cancel my subscription and refund my money.The support team took 2 months to revert to my concern and for now just passing the buck to wizklub to handle the mess they have created and not doing the refund.


I want my refund for the chess class that never took place and cancel the continuous EMI deduction thats happening and the 6 boxes that I am entitled for 6 month program for each of my kid.


HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH MAGIC CRATE! PLEASE NEVER GO WITH THEM

I registered for a 6 month subscription last year in October after much follow-up I received only 2 package till date. They kept on telling that our ware house is limited due to pandemic and that you will receive your boxes in a month or two, I have followed up many times and every time they keep on telling the same thing and now your customer service is not taking any calls also. Worst service.

I availed MagicCrate Master Class service in which only half of committed sessions were conducted, asked for refund but they are giving excuses and not refunding from several months.

I took annual subscription of magic crate 4_5 yrs only two boxes received that too after many emails. I asked for refund, they agreed but till date they are giving excuses for not sending money. One of the worst online subscription. Pathetic. Theydon't stick to there words. Please don't order.

Do not fall in their trap. I have had a terrible ordeal with Magic Crate. I bought a six month subscription in Apr 21 and after six months got just two boxes. Had one box pending from the previous subscription too which Magic Crate agreed to add into the new subscription. And after spending hours on phone with their customer care, they claim that only three boxes are pending and they can’t give any proof of delivery. Easy to blame everything to Corona. I took a decision to discontinue the subscription and ask for a refund as per their ‘No questions asked’ refund policy but even after a month, a number of emails and a lot of phone calls, I have not received my refund. Every time I get a standard answer- ‘We are processing it and You won’t have to call again’. All in all, it’s been a horrible experience and I feel cheated. Don’t have the time and energy to engage with such inefficient and unethical team of Magic Crate, so just putting up this post and leaving it for the benefit of others. Don’t fall in their trap.

The kids will love the crates and it's really challenging for them. Some of them need help from parents.


There were some issues with the refund process but they resolved it.
