Hello friends,

I am a continuous traveller in Ksrtc.

Krstc is not just a vehicle from government of kerala. It is an emotion for the people in India.

The service it offer in all over the state is mind blowing.

One of my family friend got job in Ksrtc as conductor. With reference to him I am talking about Ksrtc.in

It is rather easy in getting ksrtc tickets to travel all over India.

PNR status is helping customers to book tickets.

the time to load the site is also quick.

It is a user friendly site.

The site ksrtc.in is a very good site and useful to me . I am a frequent user of this site. I did not experience any problems in this site so far. I booked the ticket no. Td-74975 of scania from trissur to kozhikode. It is a wonderful experience to me. The hospitality of ksrtc is very good and site is simple to use. I like it so much.

The bus services are advertised as Super-Deluxe/Executive. The name is misleading. The buses are unlike VOLVO, very hard springs, Non AC, Windows don't operate, dirty & uncomfortable. It is meant only for economy travel.It has numerous stops & is very noisy.

The pricing is 20-25% lower than the volvo services of KSRTC. If one is not too sensitive of cost, it is best advised to travel by Airavat or other Volvo services

The KSRTC.in site is quite functional & helpful.

Every business is costumer oriented.

Without costumer support is not possible for

Continuity in all business.

But the KSRTC is not like this , passenger value

Is less.only think is money making.

But the passengers are need to co-opration

and co-relation of that organization.

KSRTC is a public organization, so that depend upon public

Ksrtc.in the website was booking bus tickets the website was very bad it is not customer friendly payment option and finding buses Ola little bit confusing and KSRTC app was also not good but not too bad we need little bit advance application every time we login the login process was very slow anytime is buffering in servers was very slow it will be the negative part of this website everyone need good high speed website lots of customers wants to used ksrtc.in but these problems makes little bit irritating

KSRTC stands for Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation. KSRTC is a state government transport undertaking providing transport services primarily to every nook and corner of Karnataka state as well as other neighbouring states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Goa, Kerala, Maharashtra and Puducherry. There are many reservation offices of KSRTC in Bangalore and other major South Indian Cities. The major types of buses operated by KSRTC are the ordinary Karnataka Sarige buses, Rajahamsa, Vaibhav and the Multi-axle Airavata Buses which are premium buses. Thus, KSRTC buses are preferred by tourists with the dual advantages of cost-effectiveness and prompt services when compared to other private bus operators. The KSRTC website is very customer-friendly with many positive features such as Content quality, prompt service and support, website design and the depth of information that is available in this website.

I would first thanks to mouth shut for giving me a correct place to talk about our bad experience and aware others about that product. In the month of January since there was some holidays we had planned to go to horanadu and sringeri. For horanadu there are no private buses we have to go in KSRTC only. There also we had to reserve in ordinary KSRTC bus. The day of travel he arrived also a bit late no matter it happens at the traffic, But till hassan his driving was good but later on it was so horrible at the curves of horanadu he use to take the bus till the dead end and then take a turn. Actually all the passengers were vomiting and feeling very tried full by his driving.

My Mother -in Law who never vomits poor thing she had to vomit thrice and was fully restless. Ultimately my husband told the driver to drive slowly because it was difficult to manage even kids. The driver Said the road itself is like that I cannot help it. He continued with the same speed. We all where so restless by the time we reached horanadu. My mother - in - law at least was very much upset by her health. She Said " Hence forth I will never come to Horanadu"

But when the next day we travelled to sringeri with local bus on the same route his driving was so good we couldn't feel that we were travelling. There are good drivers also in KSRTC but some times we goooo through such a bad experience that might be a bad luck also

"K.S.R.T.C provides average, but not the best choice for booking online bus tickets, the site load time is very high and even the booking process times out several times, more over, the site requires to fill in a lot of unwanted informations, which is really time wasting, especially we are looking for an emergency booking.

The initiative was good, because it helps to bypass commisions of other third party websites offering the same, some changes with the system and you are good to go, till that I wouldn't recommend it"

This is the website of karnataka . in this site I book the tickets for journey any where in karnataka or other places  I have travelled in buses of ksrtc  several times by booking in online.

First of all travelling in government buses is safe now adays, booking on this website is also safe because certain tome even on confirmation in private buses seats are not confirmed . in this website if confirmation comes than it is sure that seats allocation is also sure. The good aspect is that I can take a coise of selecting buses as I want  or depending on fare also.i can book on line in any parts of india

I'm writing this review based on my personal experience with Karnataka State Transport Corporation(ksrtc.in).

This site has been broken for about 12 hours(since I attempted), how poorly the website has been managed. No notification on the site for any maintenance, if any. It goes till select seat option and the alighting point drop down is broken, looks like many features have broken in the website. This is not the first time I'm facing this issue, this has been the case for few months now.

Couple of months ago, when I tried to book, intermittently the site was down getting intermittent error "Could Not Connect. Description: Could not connect to the requested server host.". When I made the payment, it got debited from my account, but the booking was failed. I had to try once again with another payment. Failed transaction's payment was credited back after 2 weeks.

A month ago, when I attempted to book a ticket, same case. Intermittently the site was down getting error "Could Not Connect. Description: Could not connect to the requested server host.". When I made the payment, it got debited from my account, but the booking was failed. I had to try once again with another payment. Failed transaction's payment was credited back after 2 weeks.

Today, it goes till select seat option, when click on the BOOK, getting this error "Internal Error Happened. Please continue with another bus service.". That seat is blocked and takes about 30 minutes to refresh the availability. Also, getting intermittent error "Could Not Connect. Description: Could not connect to the requested server host.".

Adding to this problem, so many app in Google Playstore claiming to be official ksrtc bus booking application. After reading the review, I found them to be all fake applications claiming to be official app. How so many can build an app and claim as an government organisation's official app? It seriously raises concerns over the e-governance management by the government authorities.

Karnataka state is providing a very good bus service through its website KSRTC. It is very user-friendly. All buses find places in this website. For last 3 years I am using their services and I am very much impressed with this.

Even the rates are good. However, it does not give information for local buses. The bus even travels to remote location where trains cannot go. Even when cancellation is done their refund comes within 3-4 days only.  The website is very fast. Bus staff is also very friendly. I would always prefer this service over other operators.
