I had a bad experience with bus number KA09F4916 in my journey from Mysore to kushalnagar…. conductor behavior was very rude, I requested him to keep our baggage in side the baggage box but he didn’t listen me … he saying u shud keep ur luggage with ur legs how it’s possible to keep luggage in walking area.. So I requested him but his response was very bad he shouted at me and insulted me and told me that if you don’t know get out from the bus. It’s totally disappointed. y we choose multi axle? We will get proper service right but like this service definitely not repeated bookings. So plz take this is a serious issue and plz communicate with the conductor to give a good service

I travelled ooty to bangalore in iravathi. Worst experience. Not user friendly. Washrooms is minimum thing. No stop for washrooms.

I was traveling from ballary to bangalore, he drived bus too fastly and then he didnt stopped bus for the washroom. He stoped bus where he wants to have tea. He stoped bus in open aera insted of near wash room very worst experience.?

I am writing to express my disappointment and distressing experience during my journey on KSRTC Fly Bus last night (PNR: KS2604485, DOJ: 05-Sep-2024, TripCode: 2200BIALCDP, Bus No: F 3006). Despite requesting the conductor, Mr. Kumar, to seat me with ladies only, he ignored my plea and assigned me seat number 6, where I was forced to sit with a gentleman who was severely overweight, causing discomfort and exposure to unpleasant body odor.

I humbly request that in the future, KSRTC considers implementing a policy of seating ladies separately from gentlemen to avoid such distressing experiences.

I along with my wife boarded Ksrtc Airavat bus no 9345 from Thrissur last night at around 0936 pm. Both the drivers drive vehicle without any road sense. Many of us could not only sleep but also developed health issues of rash driving with sudden application of brakes and jumping on the speed breakers etc . Need a strict action against these two and they need to be counselled

I’m travelling to Bnglr from chitradurga there is no proper buses is there, it’s very disgusting and disappointed so many people’s are struggling to travel morning 5am I reached I got bus by 7 that is also full rush there is not even single seat is please we are requesting to provide sufficient buses and one more important we don’t want this free bus facilities please remove this we will pay and travel, in this situation how can we reach the destination and how an we go to our work ? Very much bad and bad service from Karnataka government ????

I had a bad experience with bus number F3550 in my journey from Adoni to manipal, trip code: 1730MNTMNG.conductor behavior was very rude, already the bus was arrived late so I had a confusion about this is the bus or not. So I tried to enquire that doubt but his response was very bad he shouted at me and insulted me and told me that if you don’t know get out from the bus. But I already try to show my ticket details to him but he avoid it.....so I’m a telling that I’m 1st time traveller of this kind booking method....it’s felt me a very bad experience. The driving was very rash especially in ghat roads... PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF this is a serious issue..

I tried to book a ticket in airavat on 25.06.2024 for the date 05.07.2024 from BLR to kuthuparamba in KSRTC app. I selected the seat and the app forwarded me to make payment. As I selected the seat I made payment thru UPI rs 838/. After that when I tried to download the ticket.it shows that the ticket is not booked and the PNR is not generated.

The app says it will refund the amount in 7 days.

When the PNR is not generated how the app forwarded me to make the payment .if the PNR is not generated the payment must immediately to be refunded.when I asked the customer care they are saying there some fault in their app. Then I send mail to KSRTC refund account

Email id onlinerexxxx@xxxxx.xxx .still no response from them ... How passenger can trust KSRTc in such case ....really it is a pathetic service they are giving to public . Please don't make online booking thu online.you will loose your money

Felt unsafe ... Few passengers were life threatening.. I was traveling from Goa to Bangalore. In airavat

And all were treated us in a werid way ...made me cry .. tht passenger was bullying in name of police.. being a girl or woman it's really unsafe

KSRTC Airavata bus No.: KA 57 F 3950

On industrial visit(Karnataka Government Secretariat Training Institute) we boarded on the above mentioned bus from Bengaluru to Shivamogga, Gokarna and Karwar. Lingesh Sir was our driver and Ibrahim Sir was our Driver cum conductor both were excellent also they are professional, punctual. The whole journey was safe and satisfied. These two staffs have to be recognized and rewarded for their hard work from KSRTC Department. All the best to you both.

Very Worst experience

daily driver and conductor face many problems last bus from Mangalore to Bangalore Ka19f3466

19/06/24 mid night Actually even I traveled in same busfrom Mangalore - Bangalore and actuallyit's reservation busin this bus almost 80 passangers was filled there and at mid-night around 1:30am the bus couldn't climb the ghat section and bus was filled with full smoke and burning smell and heavy rain in ghat section but BUS WIPER WAS ALSO NOT WORKING BUS WAS TOTALLY REPAIR

Even I called ksrtc helpline but no use they didn't help anything said no spare vehicle in sakleshpura only in Hassan spare vehicle is available he said to the driver go and take spare and come again to ghat section

But from sakleshpura to Hassan it took almost 4hours because no alternate bus was provided in sakleshpura the driver came with many patience almost 4hours got late in Hassan we shifted to other bus at 6-15am

The ksrtc bus now a days are not maintained well and no wipers for buses fully unconditional vehicles they people are running in late nights not at all safeto passengers

Actually it was LAST bus from Mangalore to Bangalore but driver and conductors facing the same problems daily and the passengers can't get down in the mid night IN GHAT SECTION better you people take action against this issue

45 mins journey from sakleshpura to Hassan took 4hours think how unconditional vehicles they are running in late nights

Kindly take the action or will do next procedures with the videos

They ksrtc helpline people can't help in the mid night then what's the use to travel in govt vehicle better to travel in private buses only

KEEP SPARE VEHICLE IN EMERGENCY

FULL OF NEGLIGENCE YOU PEOPLE ARE PLAYING WITH PASSENGERS LIFE in mid nights

Atleast Provide a good condition vehicles at night travel and last buses

Total journey hours from Mangalore to Bangalore was 12 hours WORST WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Vehicle was raising but not moving more then 2, 3 kms speed

Even driver and conductors daily begs the incharge or manager to provide good vehicle for last bus but they people neglect and do same and give repair vehicles

Dear travellers when the governmentgiving free tickets for women, from that time in mysuru, above the time of 9:00 pm conductor with some higher responsible workers doing scam by women power by booking tickets .......that booked women not come for bus at the end the conductor sales the booked ticket for extra 50-100 rupees shameless people .......i am telling for govt workers, work for govt salary....if u need extra go and beg infront of temple ??

The lady conducter is very rude and treathean public to beat in slipper, telling government bus as her owns. Very harsh wards usages the bus number is KA 57 F 2743 bus is from Pavgada to Bangalore very worst work.

Do carry YOUR OWN FOOD WHEN YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH KSRTC BUS ESPECIALLY MANGALORE ROUTE, NORTH KARNATAKA ROUTE, ALL DRIVER'S OR DEPOT MANGEMENT WILL STOP AT NON VEG HOTELS WHERE THEY USE LOCAL ROTTEN THINGS TO COOK AND ABSOLUTELY NO TOILET FOR LADIES. IF YOU HAVE OPTION WITH OTHER BUS OPERATOR DO OPT THAT INSTEAD OF KARNATAKA STATE ROAD TRANSPORT

First of all the government is not good ofcourse the government bus also not good the private busses are even cheaper with better service then the ksrtc

It was my first time on ksrtc ac bus with my family of 11 members and I booked wrong bus from Tirupati to KBS pls if any is reading this pls go with private busses like GREENLINE travels bus to travel. ksrtc is no use to the people.KSRTC busses are way costly then the private busses.it is more comfortable to travel in private then the government KSRTC.pls don't go with KSRTC your gonna regret it
