I had booked two seats from Mysore to Chitradurga for Mysore - Hospete NON AC Sleeper bus. Bus was very clean, conductor was very polite. Bus departed on time at 22:00 from Mysuru bus stand. In between there was one halt near Turuvekere. Bus arrived at Chitradurga exactly on time at 3:30. No over speed, very comfortable, good sleep.

Booked 4pm mercara - Mangalore bus, now 5pm , still bus nit arrived , very irresponsible from a premium bus service
I was traveling solo but KSRTC cancelled the single seat and transferred to double seat, hence I had to accompanied with one another traveller.

Hubballi to Bangaluru and Bangaluru to Hubballi NWKSRTC (Non Ac Sleeper Coach)Bus inside accessories not working example: Reading/bed lights, mobile charging switch, No seat covers, poor cleaning window's glass's etc....
Travelers pay more for comfortable travel but there is no better accommodation available.
Non A/ C sleeper is one of the worst service from KSRTC, sleeper seats are dirty some seats dont even have proper beds.
No bedsheets n pillow.
It is waste of money not at all worth .
Bus route: Hubbali to Bangalore
I am travelling by ksrtc club class to hubli from bangalore. The bus left at 10 am from bangalore. Its 2.30 pm and they still haven't stopped for lunch. What is this need for them to stop at a restaurant where they have some tie up?? Stop when ever its lunch time!!! Even after reminding the crew several times they did not stop. I have a child with me.. Bloody horrible humans.

I would strictly not recommend this bus to my colleagues and I will file a complaint in social media about this issue.
KSRTC don't even know what's the time of Bus to a particular destination. One day you'll get the bus and next day, you don't even know if you'd get the bus. Also cannot extend the ticket to longer distance. No wonder KSRTC runs in peril and the higher proportion of covid-19.

Sleepless sleeper class
Initially, the bus was 15mins delayed, it was suppose to leave at 9:15 but left at 9:30 AM. Later when I asked about the reach timings with the same bus conductor while taking ticket he said it will reach by 1:00 PM, and wonder how they successfully managed to reach the place by 2:00 PM.
The journey was more are like a city bus traveling. Even the person is standing middle of no where, the driver will stop the bus just to pick him. Such a humble heart!!!!
For conductor, please say the exact timings, it might not matter for you but the people who are travelling it does.
Fking so rude ahole conducter these kind of counducter should be pushed from the mountain ksrtc dissapointing
Today I have traveled from Tirupati to banglore with 6.5hours(include break) of journey for only 240KM.
How ever I use to travel from banglore to Hassan or visa versa , the drivers will take only 3.30 hours (include break) for 180Kms.
Finally I would like to tell on my opinion , Driver his having fear to touch the excelator pedal.
We had booked for 2 club class tickets for 5.5pm bus from Pune to Bangalore. Due to heavy traffic we happened to be late by 15mts. We infact called the bus driver in prior and requested him so much to wait but he was nvr convinced at all. Later with repeated requests he told us to come to Katraj. By then the call got cut and wen we called back the driver and told we will come to Katraj and asked him how long would he wait. He suddenly changed his talk saying there is no stop there. Just 15mts wouldn't make much of a difference that too for such a long distance journey. Infact we got a ambari at 6pm. Even in this bus a lady got delayed by 20 mts and the driver was so cooperative and waiting for her to come. We know we were late but a little bit of humanity needs to be there. We had to occur a loss of 2000rs as there was no refund
Traveling from mysore to malavalli is hectic, these conductors behave as if v r traveling for free.speaks in singular as if he is paying for us

Karnataka sarige takes 6hrs from chitredurga to Bengaluru
They have stops even in small villages also
Driver and condoctore are good for nothing
They don't give any info. When I enquired about time to travel between chitraduga and bengalore
They have told 4 and half hr
We booked Airavata multiaxle bus from Tirupati to Mysore on 28-01-2020 we opted Airavata because it is a premium bus service and we thought they would keep up their time . The bus started from the boarding point right on dot and we were happy and just stopped once in between for dinner time as it is a long route and reached Bangalore on time for our surprise the bus reached satellite bus stop and halted at first we thought it would start in 5-10 min as the driver needed a break after a long journey however after more than 15 min we started asking the crew to start the journey towards Mysore but they were not bothered about the passengers waiting in the bus after a long journey they just wanted to board more people from Bangalore to Mysore at 2am in the morning when nobody would turn to bus stops they kept saying they need more people to board and totally not bothered about the passengers waiting in the bus at last after we started asking them to call the manager on duty to the bus they realised and the conductor went to get his trip sheet entered which again took another 10 min so we were in bus just sitting for more than 45 min in a long journey route which is so stressful and frustrating . They should clearly mention if there is waiting time at any particular point so that the passengers are aware before booking the tickets .
I was traveling from belagavi to kolhapur in a KARNATAKA bus . The fare was Rs 121 per person . I gave RS 130 to the conductor. The conductor didn't had 9 rs to give me back and the conductor told to give 1 ruppe and take your 10 Rs I didn't had 1 ruppe so I give 5 rs and the conductor couldn't give me 4 rs . I was losing my temper so it's request to the depo manager at least keep some ruppe .??
Travelled bangalore to mangalore on 15.01.2020,
9.30 AM morning I picked bus at govardhan theater yeshwanthpur, wher as he have dropped me to mangalore at 7.30 PM... 10hours journey .. to cover 300kms? I dont know driver is driving bus or Bullock cart? Wher as our private bus will teach 6 hours...
I booked 2 tickets for 30th Dec 2019, journey from Bidar to Bangalore. (AIRAVAAT Club Class) departure time 5pm.when me and my wife reached bidar bus stand they said Volvo has met with an accident so they arranged rajahamsa bus which is non ac bus.
Now online I paid 2392rs for Airaavat and in Rajahumsa they are asking me again to pay 192 rs each till HYD.. Coz in HYD we may get Airaavat that's what the ticket collector guy told me.
This Is actually vey unprofessional, if they have arranged a back up bus for the passengers so why we have to buy ticket again as we have already paid online.
I seriously need a refund if in HYD I don't get the Airaavat Club class.
KA01F9274 Chennai to Bangalore service night 10:05 pm bus... Such a very very very bus ever seen in my life.. I am allotted with seat nun 28.. My seat is push back is not at all working and the person who sat just before me his push back is very loose, I am was struggling even to my leg a little bit. Compare to this tamilnadu buses very good and neat and maintained well..such a waste and worst service and worst maintenance.. I can't digest this why transport dept is not doing any thing to correct these types of issues.. Fed up traveling with ksrtc. I'm done. I know nothing will happen for this feedback...it is absolutely waste feedback....
