I have taken bus near garebhavi palya bus stop i was not having change. Because of that he told me to get down in between. Then i called help line person that lady is telling you should keep change. If it would happened with her she would do the same things.

It was a smooth travel, the driver stopped well and in fact stopped on the way at the request of a fee passengers! Even after the ride, the enquiry team gave tried to help us get the conductor's number after we left a charger.
The bus which we boarded has 3 luggage carrier but only one luggage carrier is proper that too without proper lock. Such a worst public service is provided by the government, They just collect taxes from the public and even a single good facility is provided.

Called customer service because they took the payment but apparently my seat wasn't booked. Which makes absolutely no sense. I called the customer service and a woman sloth was sitting behind the phone. She spoke so slow and soft took me 5 minutes to understand what she's saying. And then when I asked her some other questions, the woman hung up the call lol.

Most horrible experience, was travelling alone requested a change in sleeper , but there was no help from driver cum conductor, unfortunately had to sit and travel the whole night bus no. 4145, trichy to bangalore...please be aware

In KSRTC buses conductors are so careless they allow even a drunked person to board the bus. Conductors have certain responsibilities and it should be taken care of well. I experienced this in Mysore to Bangalore bus during Navratri. Pathetic service.
From Hyd to Mysore
1st: And from Mysore to Hyderabad,
Not dropped at particular location ontime... 3 to 4 hours delay...
Our plan of visiting changed.
2nd: Blankets are bad smell from Mysore return. I don't know how they had gave in same manner.
3rd: If there is no one on road also, still ride slowly...
Third class buses.. no cleanliness..
See some private busses and learn something.. taking full charge and providing so bad busses...
Its bad experience to wait at busstop. No time sense at all for ksrtc buses. It takes more than half an hour. Atleast allow to private buses. Then passenger can reach timely. Kerala or karnataka ksrtc concerned people should take care of it. India is a developing country. But still people should suffer to travel place to place on time.
Timing sense is very poor. Satlite bustand in rainy season we cant sit there and we cant stand also fully wet floor becouse no proper shelter. Very disappointed but tickt rate increasing. Please Improve this all things otherwise all are choosing private bus. Very bad situation in karnataka
I boarded bengaluru-Kadiri KSRTC bus.at the time I boarded there are almost all empty seats but the conductor made me to sit in back row citing my luggage.I didnt argue and sat in the back row.then the bus was filled with passengers he stood at the door.after the half way of journey the bus is only half filled and he came to me and made me to move my luggage under the bus seat and started scolding me saying"Because of you I had no seat left to sit".Seriously? I booked a bus from Bangalore to Shivomagga on 11.05.2022, where I was at the destination early by 16 minutes. I had a call from the conductor n specified clearly that I am available at the location.
The foolish conductor passed my pickup point, n when I called the stuppid creature he stated that they are at the next pickup point, where I was not able to find a auto, which made me to run for almost 2 kms and catch the bus. Mean while this fool was in a hurry n kept calling me for more the 7- 8 times as if I am have done a blunder mistake.When I reached bus and spoke to the bloody creature so called the conductor he dnt had any words to speak.
We book the bus in advance and these creatures takes for granted. Beeing the culprit dnt even bothered to check my ticket as well.
KSRTC services will improvise with support of these foolish characters

My today's experience is worst.
Because of rain. Rain water is dropping on the bed..
Mine experience with the people of KSRTC has been a bad one. Two weeks before, I waited at Kengeri Bus Stop for more than three hours in order to catch Mysore bus. According to the rules, every bus must come inside the bus depot. KSRTC drivers were stopping buses outside the depot and making full seats in the buses. Sufferers inside the bus stop included people having children and old aged ones in addition to other passengers. I informed to help line services followed by no action. I also requested concerned people in order to result strict action against them.
Booked buses for Bangalore to madikeri and another ooty to Bangalore, both airavat class but both were atleast 3 hrs late, also did not stop at a proper place for lunch.
They made us to change the bus from mysore due to reason still unknown. Worst service ever.
I am on the bus 9:40 am. The ac is hardly rurned on. I hv sent messages to the driver and slso have requested in person but no only thd fan is on! I am afraid to confront them and ask them to do their job! I still hv 3 hours travel on this bus. What are my options!? Is ksrtc listening please ????
Volvo Ambari from Hyd to B lore or Vice versa never reach on time. There is always delay fo 1.5 Hrs everytime.
When I check with Driver, He is so rude and told, we dont follow KSRTC Website Timings ... Very sad it is
