I recently purchased a lead generation package from Justdial, and unfortunately, my experience has been highly disappointing. Out of over 200 leads that I received, the majority have turned out to be fake. Many of the individuals listed as leads had no idea their contact information was being used, and none of them had any interest in my services.

This raises serious concerns about the authenticity of the leads provided by Justdial. Additionally, the sales manager who sold me this package, Mr. Sonu Kirran, has been completely unresponsive, refusing to answer my calls or address my concerns.

I expected genuine leads to grow my business, but instead, I have wasted time and resources on what appears to be a misleading service. Until this issue is addressed, I cannot recommend Justdial to any business owner looking for legitimate lead generation.

Recently, I was approached by Justdial's sales team, who made false commitments and promises in an attempt to persuade me to open an account with them. They even offered bribes as an incentive for me to proceed. Unfortunately, based on these false promises, I agreed to open the account. However, after the account was opened, I was charged for 3 months of service despite never agreeing to or using the service for that period.

When I contacted Justdial’s customer care regarding these unauthorized charges, I was met with harsh responses. Instead of addressing my concerns, they defended their sales team and pressured me to continue using the services, despite the clear violation of trust and the false commitments that had been made.

Justdial is Totally Fraud Company. Beware to do yearly Contract with justdial because once your Ecs Start every month you can't stop ecs, your last step to close your own bank account to stop your Ecs. If you are not satisfied with Justdial service nobody help or Support You including nodal Manager. All team are well trained to do Fraud with Customer. My Heartly request to Each and Every Customer don't do yearly Contract with Justdial. Too much bad experience we fill. Beware Beware Beware.

Mere sath total fraud ho gya hai ...kya karu. Before joining check all terms and hidden condition which Justdial do not share with you. They keep continuing drawing your money by ECS beyond contract limit. And even you want to stop the service from Justdial, they wont stops even their leads are not useful and waste of time and money.

we have not got any business from Justdial and we have requested so many times to stop the service and stop drawing money from bank, they wont.

Don't fall for it. Makes fake commitment. Never gives actual of closing account in it. They hardly provides leads that too out of your area. Does wrong tagging for the leads. No customer service. They force you to pay for contract and don't tell u actual period of contract. You can see once you pay and gt the digital bill. This enter a forcefully contract and loose your money.

When I first logged in to Justdial, they started calling me and asked me to take our Justdial package. They told me that after purchasing this package they will promote my profile and generate leads, etc. But after taking their package they did not call me even a single day asking for review and I did not get a single lead. All my money was wasted. All my investment was wasted. This must have been my worst experience till date. I have not seen such a bad company till today.

Commitments done by sales team is never fulfilled by Justdial. They make fake commitments. Services are really pathetic & time consuming without any real solution. All the things are mostly done over the phone rather than in writing over the mails. Leads are unverified and one lead is given to 7 companies. Useless. Once ECS is activated then you can not deactivate it without giving 3 months waiting period which further means you need to keep on giving them money for further 3 months. Never ever take the services from Justdial

I have choose JustDial service for my businsess in Taloja in Feb 2024 and getting leads from out of reach area despite intimation to the JustDial various time. I have requested for closing services in May 2024, they told me that you need to continue for 3 months, after 3 months only you can cancel ECS Mandate, And today I have called and again the are saying need to continue for 3 months. Just they are making Fools, All Consumer executive just try to make fool.

I advise, do not take JustDial Service for your business. It is my personal experience. Please update your business at GoogleMyBusiness.

JUSTDIAL IS A SCAM AND EVERYONE WORKING HERE IS A FRAUDSTERS. I am really baffled by the way these people are doing business. First of all there is no single person on just dial I have ever found who is authentic and you can't have any business with them because they are highly priced and unprofessional people. Reviews are all the wrong. One customer care called me to actually take back the reviews because I have not taken services from them. Reason I have not take services was because of the abusive language used by the traveller provider on phone. Everytime I have bad experience. I will give him -100000 stars.

Just dial is a fraud company

Just dial is a frad company if you are taking the services from just dial please try to stop because they give all time fraud enquiries .

I have taking the services from just dial since three month and they have charged advance for two month and every month emi also and and in return they gives fraud enquiries and when have tried they customer care to stop the service they said we not discontinue your services and if you want to stop then pay atleast 3 month more but they don't think why will i continue even i have losses my money . They are totally fraud please be careful if you are taking the services with just dial .just dial is a virus who kill the business.
